From the call I made to precision garage doors this morning, to the technician who serviced my garage door, everything went perfectly. The representative on the phone was friendly and polite, we got my appointment scheduled quickly. in less than an hour from my original phone call, the technician was on his way. The young gentleman is polite, respectful, and friendly. He recommended what needs to be fixed with no pressure to add additional services. It is nice to have people who are working in your home, be mindful of your needs. that is rare today. I would recommend Precision Garage Door to anyone. THANK YOU!

My garage doors were over 21 years old and we had been having some issues with one of them. Hayden came out and assess the problem but with the units being over 20 years old replacing parts was not something I wanted to do, so Hayden gave me some options of going with a new unit and short time frame it would take him to install it. After replacing the old units we are happier with how much quieter and faster the new units are.

It was a great experience, the two guys were personable and professional, very knowledgeable and efficient. They told me what was wrong and gave me a couple of options. After talking about I chose to replace the whole unit. they went over cost and also gave us a military discount as me and my wife are both veterans. I called Precision Garage Door Service because my door was not wanting to close after having been opened. It kept acting like something was obstructing closure. I had tried to troubleshoot the electronic beam but that wasn't the problem. I hoped it could be repaired.I called mid-morning and by very early afternoon technician Drew arrived at my house to begin his "investigation." He called ahead of time and arrived in a timely manner. He determined that the electronic panel was likely going bad. He was not trying to just make a sale. The door actually started to work again but there was no guarantee how long it would last. I was also unable to get it to stop mid-movement the way it was designed to operate so I decided to replace the opener with a new belt driven opener which is now operates significantly more smoothly and quietly. Drew did not pressure me or try to convince me to replace the garage door opener. He gave me feedback on his observations to help me make my own decision. He pointed out that the way the old chain was pulling might also be part of the problem. He also inspected the entire system and tightened some screws. He explained everything to me and answered all of my questions. Drew was polite, professional,considerate, and helpful. I have a junky garage and he was able to work around it while being careful and respectful of my property. I had used Precision for a successful repair back in 2019. Based on my favorable experience I highly recomment Precision.

I chose Precision because I see and hear their name, everywhere. They seem to be the go-to company for garage doors. My husband and I are in need of a new garage door, so I reached out to Precision for a quote. Scheduled the appointment online, received texts and emails as appointment reminders/confirmations, and our technician, Matthew provided us with an ETA the day of the appointment so we knew just when to expect him. Matthew was awesome! He was patient with our many questions, and was very thorough in explaining the process required for the installation of a new door and the many options to choose from. I love that he was not at all "pushy". He was a pleasure to deal with, and I look forward to giving him our business soon!
