Chad came out on a Saturday morning, quickly diagnosed the issue with my garage door, and had it fully repaired in no time. He was professional, courteous, and incredibly knowledgeable. He even took the time to leave me with a couple of helpful tips to care for the door’s components and extend the overall life of the system. Precision absolutely met and exceeded my expectations. I can’t begin to tell you how professional and knowledgeable Hayden was. He was able to come a little earlier which worked out great for us. Hayden explained everything to us and replaced our opener as well as replaced and upgraded other parts that were beginning to show wear and the possibility of failing. For any issues that you may have regarding your garage door, please contact Precision. You will not be disappointed! They are prompted, provide great service and charge a reasonable fee. Technician Colton Coffell corrected our issue yesterday by re-aligning our safety eyes, recoding our remotes and helping us to change our pin pad batteries. This is the only company that I have ever utilized for any type of repair that provides a photo of the person who will be coming to perform the service and updates you via e-mail, etc. regarding their actual arrival time.

I was unsure if I needed to replace my garage door opener so I called Precision to see if they could assist. Not only did they provide same-say service but they sent out a technician earlier than what I was expecting for the window I was told. When the technician arrived on site he was helpful, courteous, not overly pushy and generally seemed to want the best for us. After talking, we decided to get a new garage door opener and were more than happy with the service and quality. We learned about the company through word of mouth and am so glad we did. Would highly recommend!!!

This company has always been honest and will let you know if something might be needed in the future. Hayden was excellent...a clear communicator, friendly, showing options for the repair, and pricing. He did a thorough inspection and review of other possible future repairs and maintenance tips. In all of it he was friendly and not the least pushy. Hayden worked very efficiently.
