I am a repeat customer of Precision. My springs needed tightening to hold the garage door open, (without my opener being engaged). I called Prevision, they came out that day, tightened my springs, lubricated the rollers, and did a complete safety check. Chad came to our house at the appointed time and addressed our need for a. new keypad. As well, he lubricated the door and checked the door's balance. He was very professional and friendly. I had had previous experience with Precision last year. I was pleased then, so I called today when my garage door was broken! I was so happy to get a technician today, since my car was blocked in. The technician, Connor, came promptly and worked efficiently to diagnose and fix the problems with the door. He was polite, thorough and professional! He had parts necessary and quickly to remediate the situation! The price was fair for the parts and work done! Thank you, Precision!

I called precision because I had a broken spring in my garage door. They were at my home within three hours. Their technician Drew was very thorough, knowledgeable and personable. He replaced my springs and several other parts that had worn out over the years. I don’t remember my garage door operating as quietly as it does now. My brother had used Precision Door Service in the past and was pleased with your promptness, thoroughness, and excellent staff and so, when a spring broke on my garage door, he called your company. Tyler came the same day we called and was, in fact, a little early. He pointed out the broken spring and checked the door for other areas that needed attention. He had the springs, rollers and adjustable orb replaced in less than an hour. I appreciated him checking for possible issues. I love my garage and want to keep my garage door working!

I had broken spring on my double hurricane reinforced garage door. Scheduled Monday 0800 service. Making appointment online was effortless and convenient. Cameron called when he was en route and showed up on time. He was courteous, polite and professional. He was very patient in explaining what needed to be done as well as options. He did so with the heart of a teacher rather than that of a salesman. He expeditiously performed the needed repairs and patiently explained everything. He is definitely in the top 1% of technicians/craftsmen I have had over the years. A credit to Precision. Any company would be fortunate to have him represent them.

Today I received a phone call from your Garage Door Precision Service representative. He told me there expected time of arrival. Bradley and Armold arrived right on time. I spoke with Arnold and explained how the garage door and remotes were operating intermittently. Arnold and Bradley found the problem in less than 20 minutes. Arnold explained the problem and the solution to resolve the problem. We discussed what was required for some needed maintenance of both Garage doors. The price was fair and both representatives went to work. The job was accomplished on 55 minutes. Both young men were professional and knowledgeable in the system. Today I have one less problem to worry about. I would highly recommend Garage Door Precision Service. Thank you.

Unfortunately, my wife drove our vehicle through our garage door at 3:05 pm. I called Precision Door Service because I am a previous customer so I know they do a great job. They managed to get a technician to our home later that evening and he determined he would need additional assistance so he would return in the morning. Three technicians arrived at our home right on schedule, removed the old door and then put the gasrage panels back on temporarily until a new door could be replaced in two days. All three technicians were extremely helpful and answered all of my questions. I highly recommend Precision Door Service!
