In the early evening my garage door suddenly failed with a loud clang and wouldn’t raise up. Called Precision immediately and they had a repairman out early the next day. The repairman called me with an estimated arrival time before showing up. After inspection he provided a list of everything that needed attention and was very clear that beyond a couple of critical items that needed to be fixed to bring the door back in service, he would do what I chose to have him address (no up-selling here). I ended up doing everything on the list anyway because my home is almost 30 years old and it was time for a major tune-up. I was very impressed with the company and the expertise and professionalism of the repairman. Highly recommended.

I didn’t consider using another service as I have used Precision previously and was completely satisfied. Today, I called Precision and the call was answered immediately by a human (no AI) and no lengthy menus. The technician arrived on-time and was extremely knowledgeable about garage doors and openers. Connor Brooks is absolutely a most professional, efficient, trustworthy, cordial, no-pressure, quality customer-service Technician!!! After replacing our 30+ year-old Genie, he did point out some parts were still operable but should think about replacing in time. Asking what he would recommend if it were HIS PARENTS' house, he did rank the most crucial issues planning to leave estimates for our review and consideration. Finally, we literally insisted he just do what needed doing. After Connor's review and price quotes, all crucial concerns were addressed and completed. Kudos to Precision for their safety nets by texting a photo of the technician and assuring he will be driving a well-marked Precision vehicle. I loved how quickly they responded on a Sunday night to scheduling and appointment and was able to accommodate me the very next morning. My service technician was very friendly and thorough. Noah was the Precision technician who came to my home at my request to assess the condition of my garage door. He was highly competent and professional going the extra mile to provide excellent customer service with the installation of a new motor, springs and other elements as part of a comprehensive replacement of those elements. He especially went out of his way to give me a very fair price and because of that fair approach, I purchased a new motor, springs etc. Noah is an exemplary employee who reflects so well on your company. I spoke directly with the manager when making my appointment today; she was very courteous and helpful, dispatching a technician immediately. The technician gave a courtesy call with his ETA. He arrived and promptly assessed the situation, giving a quote and explaining the work that was needed. When he encountered another unexpected issue, he gave all the pricing and product information so that I could make informed decisions, offering advice on what would be the best overall savings and investment in the long run. I ended up needing to replace not only the broken spring, but also worn cables, roller, and a shredded belt drive, all of which were in bad condition or inoperable. I was extremely satisfied with the work that was done, and my garage door is working better than ever now!! The tech was friendly, hard working, and did an excellent job!! He even gave tips on garage door maintenance that I did not know about and provided a bottle of the lubricant I would need for future maintenance. Thank you so much!!
