Precision and their team made me a same day appointment and showed up earlier than expected. The technician (Drew) completed an inspection, performed some test, and contacted the manufacturer. Drew informed me that the opener had some issues with controllers staying programmed and he was authorized to replace the unit with an updated unit. He removed and replaced the units, completed test, and reprogrammed all equipment. He repaired what he was called out for quickly. Additionally, he answered questions I had with my outside key pad along with both car controllers. Drew was very knowledgeable and professional along with doing great work. Hopefully, you have Drew train your new technicians and they become as sharp as him. Awesome technician and service! Thank you.

Had a complete door failure after a broken cable. Was able to get these guys out for an estimate within a couple hours. Had a brand new door installed the next day. Salesman was friendly and professional. The installer did a great job going above and beyond replacing studs to bring everything up to code, new trim, molding seals and everything! Door looks and operates fantastic!

I called the team at precision garage door. It was a Sunday, but they have a great schedule printed and showing on their website made me confident they will be there. and they were. Showed up on time after giving me a good heads up. Sftrrwalking through what was going on with our house,he made a few suggestions including the one we chose. He installed the door opener that was much quieter than the one we had from the original.

Twenty-one-year-old garage door spring broke during the night and woke up to a door that wouldn't budge. Called Precision Garage Door Service of St Augustine and they sent someone out by 10:30 AM the same day. Kaleb and Jack were the experts from Precision that came out, inspected the entire door apparatus, discussed our options and provided an on-the-spot estimate. We wanted a new opener added and they had everything needed on the truck and had us completely fixed up by 2:30 PM. It's like we have a brand-new door: QUIET operation! Upgraded controls, remotes, door keypad, and all the new door hardware! We are completely satisfied! Kaleb and Jack were absolutely great: very professional, extremely knowledgeable, and hard workers! We couldn't be more pleased with the entire operation and recommend this company for any garage door repairs!

Total switchover of opener was a little more than an hour. Programming the pad opener included and download to phone of app. Thorough instructions on usage. Smooth from start to finish.
