Company was suggested by my neighbor who used them in 2024. Went online Monday at 5 PM 12/22/25 and set an appointment for 12/23/25 for the 8AM-12 PM slot. Connor, the technician called me to let me know he was on his way and arrived at 8:10 AM. Our garage door system was the original one from when we built 11 years ago with no previous repairs. Connor was awesome!!! He walked us through the process and explained the differences between the parts and cost. Had everything done and paid for by 9:45 AM. I definitely recommend!!!

The service tech, Kyle Daly, was a pleasure to work with for my existing garage door opener inspection and new opener install. He explained everything that could / could not be done to the existing opener. When I decided to install a new opener, he was competent and very efficient and had everything installed and programmed in a little over an hour. Wonderful service!

Every month I see your ad in Money Magazine. Today my cable broke and the door wouldn’t close. Your technician, Noah, was very knowledgable and fixed the problem right away. He had to install a new spring, rewind the cable and lube the doors. The door now moves up and down quietly. It has been banging ever since I bought this house 9 years ago. I called Precision and was able to get an appointment within a day. The service man was very informative and professional. Even though I didn’t want to spend the money this close to Christmas I felt good when the new motor was installed. I now am able to use my new controllers to open my garage door. I would recommend Precision for your garage door needs.

Jeff was terrific. He was prompt, pleasant, and professional. I had called because I was having trouble with my 2012 LiftMaster system. It had begun responding erratically, and some of the several remotes I had been using had stopped working entirely. Jeff located the problem, a failed "motherboard" within the motor housing. He offered two solutions: 1) try and locate a replacement board, or 2) replace the entire opener including all eight new remotes. Jeff said a replacement board would probably have to be a used one, if available at all. So, I chose complete replacement. All parts needed were in Jeff's truck, which meant he could proceed with the replacement immediately. Jeff completed the installation that same afternoon/evening. There was just one "hang up" which Jeff eventually solved: We could not make my previously-installed MEROSS iPhone-controlled system work. After more than an hour of trying to pair the MEROSS system to the new GENIE system, Jeff suggested installing an Aladdin Connect iPhone-controlled alternative. He installed it on my phone, assisted in setting up the account, paired it with the GENIE and tested it successfully. PERFECT! i was especially impressed with Jeff's patience and persistence in getting all work done, even though he had to work well past normal working hours to do so. He's a good man.
