I used Precision at my previous home and was very happy; thus, I knew who to call when the garage door at my new home was acting up. The courtesy and professionalism because with the receptionist and continues with the tech. Ron Fogle was prompt, even early with a courtesy call, and above and beyond professional. He examined the situation and told me what was needed. He reflected the honesty of this company by not selling me something I did not need. Few companies or employees are this honest which made me even more thankful I continue to use Precision. Ron was polite, kind, and honest with the job at hand. I appreciate Precision running a business where the customer really does come first!!!

Our noisy garage door finally quit closing down. Called Precision at night and they were able to schedule a technician to come out the next day. I was able to manually pull the door down to close it for the night. The technician Nate Lewis came with his helper earlier than the appointment time. He thoroughly diagnosed the problem and explained in very clear terms what caused the problem. After giving me a reasonable estimate he changed our old door spring system to the new design spring system with brand new nylon rollers and heavier cables. Both he and his helper Nathan were very polite and courteous. They did an excellent job and even cleaned any smudges on the door. Now we have a very quiet door and running smoothly. Thank you Nate Lewis for a job well done!

Fantastic service. Performed a timely repair on an existing garage door and associated hardware / components and installed a brand new garage door opener within the allocated time frame. We used Precision to install new Garage doors openers (Aladdin Genie) in Dec 2023. I've had 2 issues with the opener since and the service has been prompt and amazing. Each tech that has been to our house has been courteous and gone above and beyond in making sure the issue is fixed.

Garage door broke. Couldn't even lift it. Called at 930 am, got a 10-2 same day and Kalen was here at 10:45, he even called with a heads up. Before Noon he was taillights and dust having replaced the internal spring bar to external and all rollers. It's so quiet now! Couldn't ask for more. 15 year warranty too!

We purchased a Precision air conditioner a couple of years. Our garage door wasn't working so we contacted them again Your serviceman Drew arrived to correct the situation, which was a broken spring. He was very pleasant, polite and well mannered. He worked very hard and kept us up to date on how these were going. He was probably there 4 hours and he did an excellent job. When he was finished, Drew went over everything he did and was very proud of it. That told me he enjoys what he does and takes pride in his work. The price was,$1,700, not cheap but I knew this work would last quite awhile. He's a great asset to your company and takes his work seriously. He's one-in-a-million! Take care of him because he will reward your company

Had a 25 year opener that had the door bracket go bad along with a few other issues. Sometimes, just like with your A/C, it's time to replace rather than repair. Technician Dalton explained my options clearly and did not try to talk us into anything. We updated to a 1/ Horse Power Genie since we have a heavy garage door. Replacement took less than two hours, the technicians truck was stocked with parts to deal with all scenarios. Pricing was reasonable for the market. Precision is a great option for garage door openers.

I set the appointment up online, the same day, and the time a later time a lot that worked for me. It was very simple. I appreciated the quick confirmation via txt. My technician Micheal called me to let me know he was on the way. He assessed the problem quickly, worked with me and gave me a fair price. The technician was personable and informative. He explained what our options for repair of our problem were. He checked over our garage door operation to make sure it had no other issues. He explained how to change a battery in our opener. one really helpful thin he did was to set up my wife's car to home link so that she does not need to use the opener. He also demonstrated how to identify future problems with the system. What a great service visit!

Riley showed up on time and was extremely knowledgeable about anything and everything to do with garage doors and their operation. He even went out of his way to point out some small things my prior vendor could have done little better to help with the efficiency of my door and opener operation. He corrected those items after installing my new springs without me asking him to do so. While I paid a little more than I had with prior vendors ( you get what you pay for applies here) I'm more than satisfied with the quality of the parts and labor. If all of the techs are like Riley you'll be glad you called. No problem recommending them to anyone .
