Had an appt approx 6pm, the tech arrived and surveyed my concerns and give me recommendations. Showed me what needed to be done as an owner and when I should call in for safety and properly installation of garage door mechanical parts. He was very knowledgeable and provided the confidence I expect from a contractor. I will call precision within the next two years to replace my pulleys, cables, and bar as for it will be over 30 years of use. Thank you for not pushing immediate repair or replacement.

Made the call based on reviews and it started with Kate, she was polite was able to get my appointment set for a time that worked with my schedule. Then Charlie showed up in the time window that was scheduled, he was polite and professional. Carlie inspected and discovered the issue, quickly gave me a price and proceeded with the repair. Would highly recommend Charlie and Precision Garage Door

Ron was very professional, on time within parameters. He was in a company marked vehicle, and was very knowledgeable and explained what was wrong with my garage door. Our garage door decided to start acting up on Sunday night - rather, it decided it would not close. Since Precision had done some work on it previously, I texted them late in the evening. Got a text back the next morning to schedule someone to come take a look later in the day. The tech called me when he was on his way to let me know his ETA was right on time! Unfortunately, I can't remember his name, (Nick maybe) but he was very friendly and told me what the problem was and even though I opted not to have it repaired by Precision, he continued to be kind and courteous. (Just so you know, the current issue had nothing to do with the repairs done by Precision previously.) Great customer service - I highly recommend if you happen to need help with your garage door!

Kyle came to fix a problem I had with the outside keypad and was very professional, patient, and extremely knowledgeable. Upon looking at the keypad, he found a couple major problems with the existing garage door. I was able to easily order a new door. Also, while he was here, a doorknob fell off the door leading into the garage. He immediately said a little screw was missing. He found one that fit and had the door working in less than 60 seconds. Yesterday, as I attempted to raise the garage door to go out for some yard work, the door opened only a few inches. After trying to find the problem, I noticed the slack lifting cables on both sides of the door, just as it began to rain. Although I had never used Precision Garage Door Service before, I knew of their good reputation, and the company's technician, Riley Holloway-Heim, proved I made a good decision. Riley's work was quick, efficient, and professional. He was quite personable, and gave us a full explanation of the spring replacement and the estimate up front. He is exceptional at his job. I called Precision on a Saturday morning expecting to leave a voice message. I was surprised when a live person answered the phone and more surprised when they scheduled the service for the same day. Kalen arrived in the time slot promised, diagnosed the problem and gave me an estimate. He did everything quickly and professionally and explained how to use the new opener. He even took the time to program my car to the new unit - above and beyond!

Our garage door wasn’t responding correctly when using the remote from the car nor from our unit in the garage late in the afternoon, after hours. I read reviews online for multiple companies and decided to use Precision based on the many positive comments. Even though they were closed I received a response almost immediately informing me a technician would be at the house by 8pm. Colton arrived less than an hour after I left my message. My husband and I were impressed by the timely response and arrival of Colton. He is a very knowledgeable and professional technician who explained everything he was changing/updating in a manner I was able to understand. The Genie Safety Eyes needed to be replaced. I was also pleased by the cost, I was expecting a much higher bill. I would highly recommend Precision for all your garage door needs. Great business with great employees!

July 2025: Ron came to my house for a tune up for both garage doors. One garage door opener was 25 yrs old and had some electrical problems. He said it would only get worse and suggested replacing it. I agreed and he installed a new Genie motor, rail, two sensors (by the floor) and new wall button. Ron was very knowledgeable, thorough, friendly, went the extra mile. I'm very pleased with his work. I recommend Precision.

An excellent service on my garage door by Noah. He came on the short notice while other companies required 48 h for an appointment and fixed torque master mechanism that suddenly broke beyond repair. Noah was very professional and respected my property. He was very patient with me explaining all, that needs to be repaired. I am really happy he was available today and fixed all in timely manner.
