I was able to make a same-day appointment seamlessly on the Precision Garage website. The technician arrived early in our provided window and quickly diagnosed our problem and fixed it without delay. The price was incredibly reasonable. The whole experience is one of the best I have had with any type of service technician that comes to work on things at your home. I tried to replace hinges on my garage door as a DIY project. I broke the wires that open and close the garage door. I felt like an idiot. I looked up at the large green spring that Precision Garage Door Service had installed about 10+ years ago. A quality product. I called and explained what I had done. I asked - Can you help me today? The answer without hesitation was Yes! I expected to hear that I would be charge a large service trip fee plus repair costs. Without asking they told me that I would not be charged a service trip. Just the cost to repair the garage door. On a Saturday around 6pm. Unheard of. Noah arrived 10 minutes before the start of my repair service window. He was professional and kind. Noah went above and beyond. Not only did he repair what I had broken. Noah also reinstalled by garage door sensor that had snapped off when the garage door closed abruptly. He replaced wires and screws that were not adequate for the garage door. Noah even adjusted the belt on my garage door opener. Another DIY project. Quality company, quality products, quality employees. Noah, thank you! I appreciate how you treated me and the quality of service and repair. I hope you have an amazing Christmas and New Year!

Great, fast service and my door works like new. Easy to schedule and came out same day on Saturday. Technician was friendly and knowledgeable and explained everything thoroughly. I found one of the old bolts to the ORB on my garage floor afterward so my only critique would be to be more cautious of that to prevent flat tires. Thank you for the great experience!

This was my second interaction with Precision. The opener was failing, and the torsion bar was reaching the end of its useful life. Both of these issues were thoroughly addressed with the installation of a new opener and opening system. The same day process from proposal to job completion was seamless. Ray was great! This kid showed up on time, on a short notice job on a Sunday and really not an emergency. I saw there was an appointment available, for no additional charge on the weekend, and jumped at it...Ray let me know he was on the way and once arrived, walked me through his inspection process and what my options were for the repair and the cost.
