This was my second interaction with Precision. The opener was failing, and the torsion bar was reaching the end of its useful life. Both of these issues were thoroughly addressed with the installation of a new opener and opening system. The same day process from proposal to job completion was seamless. Ray was great! This kid showed up on time, on a short notice job on a Sunday and really not an emergency. I saw there was an appointment available, for no additional charge on the weekend, and jumped at it...Ray let me know he was on the way and once arrived, walked me through his inspection process and what my options were for the repair and the cost. Great work!

Excellent service! Cameron did a fantastic job, carefully inspecting and repairing our doors. The 20year old 2-car door was rattling and squeaking and he fixed it quite well - it's almost like new. New rollers, lube, adjustments and some great advice - thanks! Would absolutely hire them again.

Noah was the Precision technician who came to my home at my request to assess the condition of my garage door. He was highly competent and professional going the extra mile to provide excellent customer service with the installation of a new motor, springs and other elements as part of a comprehensive replacement of those elements. He especially went out of his way to give me a very fair price and because of that fair approach, I purchased a new motor, springs etc. Noah is an exemplary employee who reflects so well on your company.
