They were here within 15 minutes of my call to inspect and diagnose the issue. They found the issue and were able to fix it within 45 minutes. Now, the price was a little higher than expected but the service was worth the expense. The guys did a great job and were very informative. Thanks!

Fast on time service. Walter was eash to work with. He explained to me the problem and offered solutions. We needed a conversion from a old style lift to a up todate version. The old cable system broke. He worked quickly to replace the lift and cleaned up after his work. I recommend Precision. Make sure to ask for Walter.

Family members have used Precision, but I never had to...until Friday when our garage door decided to stay down. I called at 8:45 am, and a repair pro was at my door at 11:30 am.
