Our garage door started squealing horribly recently, and after attempts to lubricate the parts it didn't stop. Precision Garage door was highly recommended in our community Facebook group so we called them for a quote. They were out the next morning and after reviewing the horrible job Dreamfinders did with their day laborers installing this for incorrectly using leftover add get poor parts, it's running amazing and SO QUIET!!! I can't thank Riley and Kalen enough for their hard work and great attention to detail on everything. I highly recommend them for all the work they did, explanation to maintain it, and cleanup afterwards.

Scheduling was a breeze, particularly since it was a Saturday, and they sent a technician out that same afternoon. The Tech, Steve, was tremendous. Professional and personable…took the time to explain all of my options & pricing without any pressure. He was very easy to speak with to explain our situation and was understanding and considerate to what I had to say. Once I decided to replace our 20 year old opener Steve did a great job the removal of the old unit and installation of the new one. He took time and care to do a tremendous job leaving everything looking great, even better then before. I am very pleased with every aspect of using Precision and very happy with out new opener. Worth every penny.

Precision was able to diagnose and repair our garage door on the same day I called for an appointment. Drew M., our certified technician was terrific. He gave us several options for repair. He was cordial, respectful, and extremely hard working. As it turns out our builder grade door wasn’t installed properly. He went above and beyond to ensure it was fixed all during a pretty bad storm. We had a great experience and will ask for Drew M. if/when we need him again. Highly recommend!

Our garage door broke on a Sunday night and we made an appt for the following morning with Precision. Our tech, Tybius was prompt and professional. He called to let me know he was 25 minutes out, assessed the issue and gave me a quote for two options. He was able to complete the work right away and walked me through what he did. It was an expensive fix but was glad to have top notch service.
