Scheduling was a breeze, particularly since it was a Saturday, and they sent a technician out that same afternoon. The Tech, Steve, was tremendous. Professional and personable…took the time to explain all of my options & pricing without any pressure. He was very easy to speak with to explain our situation and was understanding and considerate to what I had to say. Once I decided to replace our 20 year old opener Steve did a great job the removal of the old unit and installation of the new one. He took time and care to do a tremendous job leaving everything looking great, even better then before. I am very pleased with every aspect of using Precision and very happy with out new opener. Worth every penny.

He was cordial, respectful, and extremely hard working. As it turns out our builder grade door wasn’t installed properly. He went above and beyond to ensure it was fixed all during a pretty bad storm. We had a great experience and will ask for Drew M. if/when we need him again. Highly recommend!

Garage door spring broke at 3:00pm on a Saturday afternoon. Called these guys and by 6:30pm the same day it was fixed . Not sure of price, just know service was great.

The way a business should be run! Great customer service from the phone call through the finished repair/replacement of broken spring. Cameron was the service tech that replaced broken spring. Called and asked if ok to come early (really!). Arrived as planned, friendly, professional and did great work. Explained everything well, serviced and checked out all of door and motor. Had everything with him, so job was completed in about an hour. And all of this on a Saturday with no extra charge

Our garage door broke on a Sunday night and we made an appt for the following morning with Precision. Our tech, Tybius was prompt and professional. He called to let me know he was 25 minutes out, assessed the issue and gave me a quote for two options. He was able to complete the work right away and walked me through what he did. It was an expensive fix but was glad to have top notch service.

Woke up to the garage door humming on Sunday. I called a couple of places and Precision was able to give me an appointment same day. The technician Rey was extremely knowledgeable. I though it was the capacitor, but after review it unfortunately turned out a whole new opener was needed. Rey installed along with censors and remote. Rey also accessed future improvements that I might need. Happy with the service, I just wasn't prepared to pay quite that much. I usually get quotes. After wards checking with some other people this amount seems high. Oh well. What is done is done. Coming back to add, my universal key pad is not working. Called to get a tech out. I tried to reset, and even used Chatcpt. The Genie model 2128 that was installed is an older model. I am waiting to see what the tech says tonight.

My garage door went out on Sunday morning. I was happy to get a tech out from Precision to look at it. Although I thought it to be an easy fix, it was not. In the end a new motor was needed. My service rep was respectful and knowledgeable. I thought in the end that the price was on the high side, after research, but I did not want to have to call in a bunch of quotes.
