My garage door opener broke Thursday afternoon so I called Precision Garage door service and within the hour Nathan was at my front door. We went into the garage and he said he would check it out and let me know what the problem was and what my cost would be. After checking it out he went over everything with me that he would be doing and told me how long it would take and what the cost would be so he was spot on. Nathan was very efficient, courteous, respectful and very knowledgeable about his work and an asset to Precision garage door service. If there were 10 stars that’s what I would give him.

On Thursday April 30,2026. Call Precision Garage Door Service. Spoke to Agent Ashley. She was very kind and courteous. She set up service for my garage for the same day. Technician Nathan V. Called before he arrived. He was kind and respectful to me and our property. He inspected the garage door ; the garage door spring had snapped. He quoted me a price and I accepted it. He truly was professionally trained. He had the specific tools to get the job done as well as the new springs I needed. He inspected the work he has completed and made sure that the garage door was properly installed and working. I appreciate Ashley and Technician Nathan V.for making this experience with Precision positive. Grateful to have a company that I can call and recommend to all my family and friends,. Thanks again for a job well done,

Rose Browske

Nathan made the installation look easy, did it the same day, cleaned the work site without any debris, and took the time to explain all the new features that came with the unit. With competitive pricing and a job well done. I think I got the best value for my money. Thank you, Nathan!

Quick response when requesting appointment. Replaced door seal that was shredded on one side. Checked out loud garage door opener and found “burn marks” inside unit and on the computer board. Elected to update garage door opener and replace it with quieter opener with additional features. Technician Nathan was professional and knowledgeable.

I called Precision Garage mid-day, and they had a technician out within a couple of hours—same-day service was a huge plus. I spoke with two different representatives, and both were very polite and professional, which is a big reason I chose this company over another I’d used before. Their thoroughness and follow-up really stood out. Nathan called about 30 minutes before arriving and was just as polite, knowledgeable, and thorough. He repaired my garage efficiently and even addressed a minor issue he noticed while he was there. Excellent service all around. I highly recommend Precision Garage.

Thank you for repairing my garage door! Your technician was punctual and very professional! He promptly evaluated the issue with the door and provided me with a reasonable quote which included a military discount! He repaired my door and checked all the mechanisms to ensure that everything was working properly and tested it about 4 times! I feel he really knows what he’s doing and when I have any other issues I will ask for him! Again thank you!
