Called to make appointment shortly after 8am & Noah shows up about 30 minutes later He diagnosed the problem & was determined the motor part needed is now obsolete - so he installed new motor & key fob w/ new remote etc. within an hour all fixed. Noah did an incredible job. A+++

My garage door is from Precision. When I first moved into my house 12 years ago I calledPrecision and they sent a technicianright out and replaced the faulty motor. Another time I couldn’t get the door closed. I called Precision and they immediately came out and fixed the problem which was An electrical wires to the sensors. Yesterday I called because my garage door had gotten so loud and opening and closing. A technician was sent out immediately and serviced the motor and the coils. Riley, the technician, was very knowledgeable about the system. I will continue to use your company!

Our garage door arm broke off this morning when I tried to open. I called Precision and they gave same day appointment. Technician Rey was very professional and knowledgeable. He was able to repair the arm to make everything work properly. He also gave suggestions on replacing the opener and door. For now this was our best and cheapest outcome. Will definitely call Precision in future when we are able to replace.
