Prompt and professional! Had a tech by the name of Hayden Saari over a few hours after I called. Hayden was an expert of his craft, able to diagnose the issue and overcome some fairly substantial difficulties due to the construction of my garage door tracks as far as access goes. He had it up and running in no time, was extremely kind and professional, 10/10 would recommend Hayden specifically, very happy with the service and price.

Called Precision because my oversize but underpowered garage door was squealing like a pig and laboring just to open. Mr Chad the tech diagnosed the problem, secured the parts, and had it purring like a kitten in just a few hours. These guys get er done.

I called around noon and Walter was at our house at 4:20 pm. He had all the answers and pointed out some things that were important for us to know. Springs were replaced very quickly the next day after I called. Make sure you keep the invoice and warranty. I couldn't find mine so I had to pay full price. I had the springs replaced in 2016 and they were on warranty.
