When I called because I couldn’t figure out how to finish my weather stripping, these guys helped so much. They sent someone out within about 2 hours and it was fixed in about 45 mins. The technician, Dalton, was very knowledgeable, explained everything to me so I knew what was going on, and he did an amazing job. The seal around the garage door is better than it’s ever been.

Mark contacted me within hours of my call to the company and made an appointment to visit immediately. He is knowledgeable, professional, and an exceptional communicator. He listens. I did not make up my mind immediately about my purchase. He continued to answer my questions and research until he found just the right garage door for my home. Through every step in the process, Mark and the office staff were responsive, helpful, and supportive; that even includes gathering information for the HOA. The purchasing, ordering, scheduling of delivery, and installation processes all moved smoothly. The installers arrived as scheduled, removed my dilapidated equipment, installed the uniquely designed, beautiful, high quality garage door and opener, and patiently instructed me in the use of my new equipment. Friday evening the garage door spring broke in half. Saw several ads for precision. Checked their reviews, which were 5 stars. Went on line and scheduled afternoon appt for the next day (Saturday). They showed up on time. Evaluated what needed to be done to fix garage door for optimum service. Price was reasonable. Technician explained everything needed in detail and why needed. Very polite and courteous. Would recommend to friends and family.

I am seventy six years old to start off with. I explained to Riley Holloway-Heim`that I was having difficultly raising the garage. He took a few minutes to check rollers, roller brackets for wear and tear on the bearings and roller track for areas that needed attention. Riley lubricated bearings and brackets for smooth operation. He then adjusted the spring for proper tension and made adjustment to both springs. Garage door opens and closes very easily. Riley and I talked a bit after the work was done. I enjoyed passing some of my life experiences on to him. It was a fun experience. Riley is a great asset to Precision Door Service.

Great customer service from the representative scheduling the appointment to the technician who came out. Same day service was needed for my garage door issue because I was not able to lift my door manually to get my vehicle out. Fortunately they were able to be at my house within 3 hours of calling them. Ron Fogle was the tech that showed up and was super helpful and gave me all the information I needed to make a decision on what needed to be done to repair my garage door. I would definitely recommend them.

Service was a 5+ from start to finish.I recieved a quick appoinment. Cameron the tech was wonderful from start to finish. Evaluated the problem. The garage opener needed to be replaced. He explained every step of the process.He was friendly and courteous. He hauled away all of the old materials. After installation he explained and demonstrated the system plus my new key pads. He programed my car opener for me as well. Overall I thought the experience was exceptional.
