Second time I have used these folks. Same day service, the technician was there early dressed sharp, immediately began assessing my problems and had them identified and a solution for them. He even did a quick once over on my entire door tightened up some bolts and lubed some berings and such. Excellent value and service. They will always be my first call for garage doors.

I used Precision Door Service in the past and was well pleased with their service, so when I needed to replace the old garage door, Precision Door was called first. I couldn’t have been more pleased with the quality and professional service I received. Dan, our install tech called ahead, was very professional, knowledgeable and with a great attitude. I can’t recommend Dan highly enough. When he was done he took the time to showed me how to use and program the remotes. The garage door is beautiful and operates flawlessly.

Nate was very prompt, actually arriving ahead of schedule. We were having a minor issue with our garage door but also were interested in improving the mechanics since our door was super loud. Decided to get his quote for replacing the rollers and such to get ahead of more problems down the road. He was very personable, knowledgeable and polite. Will be calling Precision in the future if we have any more issues.

The woman I spoke to was courteous and professional. She advised a technician would arrive in a few hours. The technician arrived promptly. He was very professional and courteous. He explained what was wrong with the door and what he was going to do to fix it. I appreciated his promptness and manners. I was so happy Precision could help me on the same day as my niece had her car parked in the garage and had to get to an Oncologist appointment in the morning. I replaced my garage door opener twelve years ago, using Precision. Everyone remarks how quiet it is. Since that time, when something goes wrong, I call you first. Yesterday the rubber pulley broke unexpectedly. Brian was here within two hours. Having had the springs replaced six months ago, I will have the pulley replaced. Next time the springs go, I will use Precision for a new door installation. Mine is wood, heavy and 34 years old. Precision is dependable, professional and most of all honest. Most highly recommend. Chad was wonderful and so polite! They offered to send someone out the day after I called, but I couldn't do that so we waited one day! In 2021 Precision installed 2 all metal roll up garage doors for me. I've used the daylights out of them and called asking for a "tune up". Tech arrived ON TIME. Tweaked and adjusted BOTH doors.
