Michael G. arrived right on schedule and checked out my current door opener. I had a list of questions ready to ask him about and he responded to every one with explainations. After a very detailed discussion he assisted me in deciding to install a new unit rather than trying a fix (the orig. unit was about 18 years old). I then selected which model I wanted, and Michael went to work on installing the new unit. He is a hard worker and worked quickly to get me up and running. I liked Michael very much and felt safe and comfortable having him in my home. Your company should be proud of having such a pleasant, personable and experienced person in your employ! I set the appointment up online, the same day, and the time a later time a lot that worked for me. It was very simple. I appreciated the quick confirmation via txt. My technician Micheal called me to let me know he was on the way. He assessed the problem quickly, worked with me and gave me a fair price. I have owned several homes in the area over the almost 30 years I have lived here. I have learned: garage door issue, Call precision Door first! From replacing cables and door rollers to entire garage door operating systems, the Precision Door techs have taught me how to connect and reconnect the electric eyes as part of my pre and post hurricanes preparations(if you live in a flood zone, you know about electronic eyes)!
