May 29, 2025 Mr. Morales, Today Michael G came out to fix our garage door that could not close since yesterday afternoon. The cable had come off the wheel. We were extremely impressed with the work he did and his integrity. The door is now working without any problems at all. We called Precision garage door services and had Michael G come to fix it. He listened carefully about our story and said he would check everything before he gave us the conclusion. Very soon he identified the real problem and fixed everything perfectly and quickly. He was very honey and told us everything we needed to know. He tested the door a few times to make sure everything was working fine before he left. Now our door works very well. Because he was honest and knowledgeable, he was able to identify the real problem. We are so happy that we did not have to purchase any parts and only paid for the services. We trust him completely.
