Scheduling was a breeze, particularly since it was a Saturday, and they sent a technician out that same afternoon. The Tech, Steve, was tremendous. Professional and personable…took the time to explain all of my options & pricing without any pressure. He was very easy to speak with to explain our situation and was understanding and considerate to what I had to say. Once I decided to replace our 20 year old opener Steve did a great job the removal of the old unit and installation of the new one. He took time and care to do a tremendous job leaving everything looking great, even better then before. I am very pleased with every aspect of using Precision and very happy with out new opener. Worth every penny.

He was cordial, respectful, and extremely hard working. As it turns out our builder grade door wasn’t installed properly. He went above and beyond to ensure it was fixed all during a pretty bad storm. We had a great experience and will ask for Drew M. if/when we need him again. Highly recommend!

You company charged me for an a cost estimation that is overly price and never disclose the charge of the estimation via email until the technician left my house. It is an unethical deceptive practice. I will pass along my experience with your company to any social media platform that I can voice my experience.
