My garage door opener system was at least 24 years old and was limping along to do its job. From a reliable source, Precision was recommended to come and assess my situation. Hayden, the installer, called me within 5-10 minutes after my first call to Precision. He answered all my questions thoroughly and provided an estimate based on what I wanted to be done. He was extremely kind and estimated the work to take approximately 1.5-2 hours. Within 1 hour, he had completed the entire job and walked me through his installation which included a new motor, belt drive, sensors, remote pad and its setup. Thank you Precision!

I was very impressed with Precision Door Repair. I easily booked an appointment online and Ron was very courteous and provided excellent service. My garage door is 21 years old. Ron explained that he could replace the motor, springs, rollers and remotes without having to replace the door. He explained each problem area and gave me choices. He completed the work on the same day and programmed my cars. Highly recommended.

Precision Door sells a very reliable product that has performed without fail since I bought my home 11 yrs ago. I scheduled a service call today to get a new hand held device and reinstall of the code-activated opener and was delighted with the excellent service I received from Nathan. Great service and repair work. I called, received an agent to repair my garage door within 10 minutes and he arrived within a half hour on a Saturday. The work was accomplished within 3 hours. All work was accomplished in an excellent manner and he made a repair that was made by the installer when my home was built 12 years ago. Excellent service!

My garage door spring broke after-hours. I was able to schedule an appointment online that night for the next day between 10-12. Dalton and Charlie called me when they were on their way, they were at my home at 10:15 (which I really appreciated how on time they were). After looking at my garage door issue, I was provided a quote before any work was done. I recently contacted Precision Garage Door of Jacksonville to address an issue with my garage door. The whole process, from my initial phone call through resolution, was outstanding! The receptionist who took my phone call was courteous, respectful, and scheduled the service call around my busy schedule. I received a text (with photo) from the Service Technician prior to arrival for the service call. The Service Technician diagnosed the issue with my garage door, provided me with options to resolve the issue, and quickly made the necessary repairs. The Receptionist and Service Technician were responsive, courteous, and professional. I would highly recommend Precision Garage Door of Jacksonville for any issues with your garage door!
