An expensive experience balanced by great service, a solid technician and an organized / well equipped truck. A cable broke and the technician inspected the door in about 4 min. He cited rust, age and wear for a $4700 repair. Due to urgency I accepted the repair, learning later that the charge for parts and installation were prohibitively 33% higher than 3 other companies. The technician related to my military career. He was clean cut, friendly and seemingly professional. During the install he was on the phone with a friend, he left metal shavings, excessive grease, and used a mix of fasteners that I am not sure will resist corrosion.

Our garage door started squealing horribly recently, and after attempts to lubricate the parts it didn't stop. Precision Garage door was highly recommended in our community Facebook group so we called them for a quote. They were out the next morning and after reviewing the horrible job Dreamfinders did with their day laborers installing this for incorrectly using leftover add get poor parts, it's running amazing and SO QUIET!!! I can't thank Riley and Kalen enough for their hard work and great attention to detail on everything. I highly recommend them for all the work they did, explanation to maintain it, and cleanup afterwards.

I called precision garage on Monday, August 17, 2026. They told me that they could schedule me that day between two and six Dalton arrived precisely at 2 o’clock. He was very professional answered all my questions about my problem with the Garage door he also recommended that I put a key lock in so that I could get into my garage. Should the electric,go out so we also did that and then he was also very informative to let me know that the person who installed my motor for my garage door did not put in the right spring so he was also very helpful to do that and,make sure that my garage motor would last longer and that it was easy for me to lift the door in the future. I would strongly recommend precision, garage door services, and I will always call them in the future to help me with any issues that I may have.

Scheduling was a breeze, particularly since it was a Saturday, and they sent a technician out that same afternoon. The Tech, Steve, was tremendous. Professional and personable…took the time to explain all of my options & pricing without any pressure. He was very easy to speak with to explain our situation and was understanding and considerate to what I had to say. Once I decided to replace our 20 year old opener Steve did a great job the removal of the old unit and installation of the new one. He took time and care to do a tremendous job leaving everything looking great, even better then before. I am very pleased with every aspect of using Precision and very happy with out new opener. Worth every penny.
