technician was very friendly and knowledgeable. He answered all my questions and explained what he was doing as he went along. He fixed the issue I was having with my garage door. Because the unit is old, I inquired about replacing it and he took the time to discuss the different options. I will definitely call Precision for any future purchase or repair.

The technician arrived on time and quickly diagnosed the problem and explained exactly what he was going to do and roughly how much it would cost.
