The repairman called twenty minutes before arrival to let me know that he was heading my way. He looked at the rubber that covered the bottom of the door and stated that he had the part on his truck. I asked him for a price and he asked me if I was in the military and gave me a discount. I had him to do the work. He also noticed additional issues with the door that I will have to watch and take action on them later. He gave me estimates on them and the work completed by him was great.

Technician arrived on time and very thorough in his assessment of what needed done explaining the problem in detail and anticipated cost. Did a professional job in the time he said it would require. Demonstrated that the garage door was working correctly and cleaned up after finishing the job. Most impressed by his friendly demeanor and concern that we understood what all was done. Would highly recommend Precision to anyone. Thank you.
