Walter the Technician was Excellent Great Customer Service Skills. Great Technical Skills. The only concern was the cost. The same LiftMaster 78LM Multi Function Control Panel is 29.98 online. I have was charged $240.00 with a veteran discount this includes labor. Overall good experience - thank you

The technician was very personable and apologized for being a few minutes late. We found the keypad was corroded and he gave me two options to replace it, with no pressure. While he was here he did a quick check of the door itself and advised me to just keep an eye on it. I have used Precision in the past and will continue to do so.
