Their serviceman, Nick, was courteous, experienced, reliable and professional. Kayle, their representative who set the appointment, was also friendly, courteous and professional. Hayden showed up at the beginning of our service window (which was a nice surprise). He was nice, knowledgeable and professional. He gave us options to complete the repair that all made perfect sense and didn’t try to up sale us to things that weren’t needed. The work was clean, quick and effective! Big thanks to Hayden! The overall experience was kicked off by courteous office staff that didn’t charge a fee just for showing up to review the job (unlike some of their competitors). Also, the work was completed the same day. Big 5 stars from this customer. We wont go anywhere else for all needs in the future and feel 100% confident in recommending to our neighbors. After 7 years our garage door needed a repair. Precision technician Kyle Daley came the same day I called. Kyle quickly and correctly diagnosed the problem. The parts needing replacement were covered under Precision's lifetime warranty so we were only charged a service fee. The door is working like new again!

As always a wonderful result after a call for service. Ron was early:) precise and efficient. He also made sure we had a Veteran’s discount. Found a few issues that would have required a lot of work soon. We decided to do a service and repair to avoid an issue later. Very professional and explained everything and took pictures if difficult places to show us the issues. We’ll ask for Ron again!!!!

I selected Precision Door Service because they were the first people to agree to come, and they were there ASAP. I waited less than an hour and a garage that I could not put the door down on was diagnosed and fixed. I was told what was absolutely needed and given a list, with prices, of things that would need repair later. It wasn't cheap, but I didn't expect cheap, what I wanted was help immediately and an honest assessment of what was needed for a safe repair. They did an excellent job on both!

My garage door’s spring and cables snapped around 3:00 pm. I called and the technician was at my door at 4:00 pm. The technician was very professional and friendly. He explained everything that was wrong and needed to be fixed in layman’s terms. He gave me a list of what needed to be done starting with the most important down to least. He explained each and I told him yes or no. If I need any further repairs, I want that technician!

Precision Garage Door promptly dispatched a technician to my house as our cars were trapped in the garage when the 8 year old spring gave way. Nick the technician thoroughly explained what work needed to be done to replace the spring on my garage door. I called Prevision, they came out that day, tightened my springs, lubricated the rollers, and did a complete safety check.
