Making an appointment was quick and easy. Technician Nate Lewis was prompt, courteous and professional. We were unsure of the issue, other than odd noise. Nate performed a thorough check and tightened and lubricated everything. Once done Nate answered our questions and informed us about what was under warranty. Kyle quickly replaced the builder grade garage door system within a few hours and did an excellent job with the installation. I have owned several homes in the area over the almost 30 years I have lived here. I have learned: garage door issue, Call precision Door first! From replacing cables and door rollers to entire garage door operating systems, the Precision Door techs have taught me how to connect and reconnect the electric eyes as part of my pre and post hurricanes preparations(if you live in a flood zone, you know about electronic eyes)! They come promptly, are professional and respectful. If it’s a garage Door issue: Call Precision Door first!

Excellent service. The person they sent to do the job was personable and excellent. I would highly recommend them. (I was considering do the job myself, but too many thing can happen that would cause serious personal injury.) I made the correct choice to have them do the job!
