Precision was great to work with start to finish. Everyone I spoke to was professional and courteous. It maybe took 2hrs from the time I called until the completion of the service. Hayden was the technician and he was super knowledgeable and polite. I felt zero sales pressure and I didn’t feel like I was being upsold on the parts. 10/10 recommend this company and specifically this technician.

I chose Precision Garage Door Service because of the word of mouth reviews I received when I asked for a referral. Precision contacted me the same day that I left them an email message. They offered to come the next day but that would not work for us so we scheduled for two days later. Camron, the service technician, was at the house promptly and had door openers available in his truck. This was a surprise as I thought they would have to order what they needed after looking at my garage door installation. As it was, Camron gave me some options and I picked the one I wanted. Within 1.5 hours, he had the job done and the garage all cleaned up. I highly recommend Precision Garage as they do good work and are reasonably priced.

This is the 2nd time I’ve used Precision and both experiences have been excellent. What started as a garage door that wouldn’t close became a servicing. As to be expected the problem was gone by the time the service call started. Same day service was easily scheduled to fit my time needs. Suggestions were made and the likely future of the motor was discussed. No hard sell. Options are tailored. Great job by the company. Already have preventative maintenance calendared with them.

Cameron was very professional, answered all my questions prior to starting the new installation and made sure I didn't have anymore before he left. In addition to installing a new opener, he checked the whole door and lubricated all the rollers. Door is much quieter than before he started. Received an email before he arrived with his picture, which is nice with all the fraud going on today.

I had no idea what was going on with the garage door and was able to make an appointment for the following business day. Hayden say phenomenal! He arrived on time, is very courteous and professional. He was able to isolate the issue and repair it very quickly and took the time to clean/oil the tracks of the other door as well! Definitely recommend and will be my ‘go-to’!

Precision's technician (Tim) arrived to do an inspection and maintenance on the garage door. He was on time and professional. The house I bought is 12 years old and I was concerned about whether or not any maintenance had been done since built. He checked the door, keypad, and switches and made suggestions to cover my concerns. He was able to answer all my questions and pointed out what I can do to maintain good operation. I was very satisfied with his service and his knowledge. Overall Precision was quick to respond, fair in its price, and will be a valuable partner going forward.
