Didn’t need much (reprogramming a remote) but done quickly, and educated me on how it’s done if needed again (sometimes occurs with battery change).

Made the call based on reviews and it started with Kate, she was polite was able to get my appointment set for a time that worked with my schedule. Then Charlie showed up in the time window that was scheduled, he was polite and professional. Carlie inspected and discovered the issue, quickly gave me a price and proceeded with the repair. Would highly recommend Charlie and Precision Garage Door

It was easy to get ahold of the company and have someone come out relatively quickly. Service rep was kind and respectful. Rep affirmed what I believed to be the issue. Only real problem was the quote to fix it was egregious. I had done research on fixing the problem before hand so I knew what parts cost. I called for assistance because I needed someone else’s expertise, but the price with Precision was way too high. I estimated a fair price for parts, labor, and a service fee to be in the ball part of $900. I called two other places which were right in the ballpark of my expectations, and I ended up paying $870 out the door. This is slightly less than half (of the cheapest option) I was quoted by Precision. Nothing wrong with my experience with the company. I just wasn’t willing to pay the clear premium expected for their expertise.

Garage Door Chain broke down and door would not function. Called Precision Garage Door Service and they had someone here in a couple of hours. The technician diagnosed the issue and had the parts on his truck to repair the door. He had it working in under 40 minutes. He was very professional, friendly and wanted to resolve the issue.
