Great service. Tech called to ask if it was okay to arrive a little early for appointment ( but of course you may). Explained what was going on, got to it, and finished promptly. Will use again and will recommend Precision.

Your technician Mike arrived at the appointed time and was extremely personable. He performed a comprehensive inspection of the door and made recommendations for its' repair. There was no pressure whatsoever to "upsale". After agreeing on the work to be performed he assured me that he had everything on his truck to complete the job. As he started the repair it became evident that he knew what he was doing and I would have nothing to worry about. Mike completed his work in a timely manner and answered any and all questions that I had. My door now works better than it did when new. I will highly recommend Mike and your company to any friends and family should they require services.
