Garage door spring broke Friday afternoon. Called Precision and had an appointment for Saturday. Technician arrived during time specified. He was very knowledgeable and explained the cost to repair beforehand. He did an excellent job in a short span of time. Will definitely call Precision again when needed. Highly recommend.

I looked for garage doors on my phone, many were listed. I was very impressed by all the info you had listed. I was impressed by the person that came out to my place northwest of MacClenny. You had just what I wanted and your price was right. He was right on time and so were the two men who came to put in my new door. They did a great job, cleaned every thing up. Did it all in much less time than I though it would take. Give them all a raise, you want to keep those young men.

SPRING BROKE THE MORNING OF 12-26 DAY AFTER CHRISTMAS..CALLED PRECISION THEY WERE HERE 3:30 IN AND OUT REPLACED BOTH SPRINGS..YOUNG MAN WAS VERY NEAT , FRIENDLY AND KNEW HIS BUSINESS....WOULD CERTAINLY RECOMMEND THEM AND WILL USE THEM AGAIN ALTHOUGH I HOPE I DO NOT HAVE ANY MORE PROBLEMS :) ASKED FOR RECOMMENDATIONS ON FACEBOOK AND GOT THEIR NAME BUT HAVE SEEN AD'S ON TV NEWS.

Dear Mr. Sheppard, With pleasure I will tell you my take on todays service on my garage door. The young man (Gilbert) came out around 11am today. He went right to work--after sizing up the problem. He answered any and all questions we had, all the while--working. He never skipped a beat--he was in control of just what to do next, including answering all our questions (mine and my daughters). After explaining just what had gone wrong with my door, we decided to just add new "springs" for today. He took just a few minutes and the job was done and all was well. He further explained about my garage door opener and said it probably needed replaced--but that it could last a while longer. He was not pushy, and did not try to push something on me that could possibly wait. I explained that my son would put a new door opener in and that he in fact used to do this for another well known company. He finished and left me with a door which opened and closed properly. If I had a company like yours, I would be very glad to have "Gilbert" work for me and represent my company, I would welcome an employee like him in any kind of company. I am a retired "First level manager for Bellsouth"--I know a little about quality. Sincerely, Ruth G. The installer Alan was knowledgable and informative as to what we needed. He advised us as to the best door opener to meet our needs with a lifetime warranty. The keyless pad installed is an added bonus. We are extremely pleased with the product's quietness.

Called to replace broken spring. Needed up getting belt driven motor. (I had chain driven) exponentially quieter! Josh was very knowledgeable and professional. Would highly recommend precision garage doors to anyone looking for repairs in the Jacksonville area.

Simply Outstanding. Ryan is very knowledgeable, answered all of my questions. I was most concerned with the noise of the opener, and he recommended the perfect unit per my requests. He even put up with my St Bernard's wanting to help him. I got exactly what I asked for, you can hardly hear the door go up or down. I highly recommend Precision. One more thing Michelle who took my call was also very professional working out a good time for Ryan to come out.

Service was great. Bill (Technician) was very nice and knowledgeable. Replaced springs, rollers, cables, and drums in about 1 1/2 hours. A bit pricey but received lifetime warranty so peace of mind was worth it. Highly recommend this company for garaged door service.

Same day service and a lower than most service charge drew me to Precision. 5 out of 5 stars for Travis. He fixed the problem and gave me future recommendations due to the age of my garage door unit, but I had to ask. There was no pressure to fix more than the problem for which I called.

My experience with Precision was wonderful. Wes, is AMAZING!!! It was time for the yearly maintenance on my garage door rollers and springs. I am so glad that Wes was the tech.
