I have used Precision before to repair my Garage Door, and it held up for a long time. I was pleased with the overall cost, and the Technician was very pleasant, patient , professional, and helpful to me in completing the whole process for approval etc. I am very satisfied with the price and monthly plan to pay it off. Had a spring break, and the door was too heavy to raise and lift by hand. These guys were out at the house the very next day, and had it fixed and back to operational within the next hour or so. They also did some other maintenance on the door to keep it running. Nice, professional, and confident in their work. Highly recommend these guys.

Service was professional and prompt. I called with an emergency and technician was at my house 45 minutes later. I tried a few months earlier to fix a broken spring with parts bought on Amazon. To say the least, I made a mess of things. My technician Ron explained what needed to be done and had the job completed within a couple of hours. I highly recommend Precision to get the job done right!

I read the reviews then called them. The lady took my information. 25 mins later Ray called to advise me he would arrive. 6 mins later he was on the the job. Broken spring and worn coils. 1 and 1/2 hours later he had replaced and finished. This is a first class operation from the receptionist to Ray. A bit pricy but very professional, highly recommend them.

I called Precision at 2:40 pm to schedule a garage door repair and they scheduled between 4 and 8 pm same day. Hayden arrived with a smile on his face less than an hour after scheduling the appointment. Communication via text was excellent. Hayden was polite and explained the repair options after assessing the problem and provided the quote and the job was completed in less than an hour and a half. Hayden replaced two springs, the shaft, three bearing plates, and ten rollers. Very pleased with the promptness of the service and Hayden’s professionalism and attention to detail. Will definitely call Precision in the future if the need arises and highly recommend.

The wiring work I needed done was done well. I believe the service man "up-sold" me a bunch of other stuff I didn't request (Mostly maintenance stuff), but I would have appreciated knowing about it and being given the chance to say "yes" or "no" ahead of it being added to the work. I had asked about a new remote. He added one to the invoice, but did say I could reject it if I wanted. I kept it.

Precision installed my garage door opener in 2017. They replaced my outside keypad last year. This morning I called for service. The guy arrived within half an hour and I was up and running again in no time. I have never had an issue with their workmanship. They are always prompt, courteous and efficient. You really could not ask for more.

Made the appointment on a Monday, and they were able to come out the very next day. They were fair, told us exactly what needed to be fixed, gave us options, and they repaired the damage extremely efficiently. They were very knowledgeable about the situation, and offered some solutions for us as well. We are beyond impressed with the outcome; way better than expected, and we are so pleased with how everything turned out. We started with an immovable, bent door, and ended up with a smoothly working door that looks great! 10/10 recommend! Shout out to Riley and Drew for the great work!
