Precision Garage Door Service of Jacksonville, FL

Precision and their team made me a same day appointment and showed up earlier than expected. The technician (Drew) completed an inspection, performed some test, and contacted the manufacturer. Drew informed me that the opener had some issues with controllers staying programmed and he was authorized to replace the unit with an updated unit. He removed and replaced the units, completed test, and reprogrammed all equipment. He repaired what he was called out for quickly. Additionally, he answered questions I had with my outside key pad along with both car controllers. Drew was very knowledgeable and professional along with doing great work. Hopefully, you have Drew train your new technicians and they become as sharp as him. Awesome technician and service! Thank you.

I feel that providing 2 options for replacing the spring, which was over $1000 difference, could be misleading. I would recommend that you do the best that you can do at a reasonable price. I went with the higher option hoping that it was the best choice. The service was very good, and the installer was very personable and knowledgeable. My garage door is much quieter than before.
