This was not the first time I have used Precision. They are my go-to garage door company. I called on a Sunday morning and the service technician (sorry I didn't get his name) arrived within an hour - very impressive for a Sunday morning. He was courteous and polite. Once technician arrived, I've explained him what is going on with the door. Technician was able pretty quick determine the problem. He readjusted the spring tensions, replaced garage door opener belt assembly, modified / reinforce vertical member of the door. Over all technician I can say, that technician know what he is doing. Thanks for doing good job.

The technician, Winston, was professional and performed the repair that indicated his ability to properly determine the problem and propose a solution. He provided progress reports and resolved our door problem to our satisfaction. We will use Precision Garage Door again and will request that Winston be our technician.

We’ve used Precision in the past, so when the garage door wouldn’t open, Precision was called. Technician, Chad Martin, came shortly after the service request was made. He evaluated the situation and quickly determined what needed to be done, and gave a written estimate. He proceeded to change the springs, the 2 end bearing plates and flanged ball bearing. He tested the door up and down and balance, lubed everything. Chad was professional and he answered my questions. Job well done. Thank you.

I called for an appointment around 8:30am, was given an arrival window of 10am-2pm, Dalton called around 10:15am and was on his way. He was able to quickly diagnose the issue and offer the estimate for repair. He walked me through a few different options to find the one that best met my needs. Dalton had all the work wrapped up by 1:30pm and everything was back to working properly. Thank you for the fast, efficient, and friendly service! Highly recommend for anyone in the future.

Great experience during an unfortunate situation. I only selected position because of the Google reviews. I believe you get what you pay for. It was easy to obtain & schedule an appointment for the date and time that I needed. Carter was my technician. He was absolutely amazing. Carter was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. He was detailed in his estimate and provided me with a few options to choose from. He didn’t pressure me to make a decision or choose a particular option. He simply educated me and provided his professional recommendation. Carter was very easy to work with and talk to. He went above and beyond to ensure my happiness and satisfaction.
