Drew listened to my situation and phoned his manager, Riley to help me with my situation both financial and mechanically. Drew was able to fix my garage door at an extremely reasonable price because he phoned his manager for me. Riley phoned me personally and negotiated a price with me to help me with my situation. Rapid and on time response by Drew, a very knowledgeable technician on garage door openers. Isolated the problem and developed a wireless solution rapidly to the failure of our hardwired actuator inside the house. This is my second time employing this company and found this branch in JAX just as professional as the Tampa Bay branch that fixed my door. They uphold a high standard and reputation. For the time spent by a specialist, and device purchased, the cost of this fix was reasonable.
