I have used Precision Garage door before , was very happy with service . So this time my garage door was making so much loud noise. I chose to call Precision again. The technician who came was knowledgeable, he explained to me what needed to be done. I agreed with his proposal, the loud noise was gone . So far, very happy.

Every month I see your ad in Money Magazine. Today my cable broke and the door wouldn’t close. Your technician, Noah, was very knowledgable and fixed the problem right away. He had to install a new spring, rewind the cable and lube the doors. The door now moves up and down quietly. It has been banging ever since I bought this house 9 years ago. Precision came out to service our garage door and replace broken springs. Kyle was helpful in pointing out other potential future issues and were great in explaining what needed to be done and why. Friendly with great communication. Kyle ended up replacing rollers and bearings, a broken hinge and the bottom seal. All likely long overdue. Great work and prompt service!

Same day service! I called at 11:20 and they gave me a four hour window of service from 12 to 4 and arrived at 1:25. I had a broken spring. He assessed the problem and gave me options to let me choose from and was leaving around 2:50. I noticed that the garage door ran smoother and quieter after the repair. So next time when I notice the garage door jerking when it first starts movingit is a symptom of my spring starting to go bad.
