Rey did an outstanding job replacing the springs and changed out other needed parts for me. He also replaced a rubber seal at the bottom of the garage door that had an opening. He informed me that I have a 5 year warranty for everything that he did. It was expensive but was needed. Thanks

My garage door went out on Sunday morning. I was happy to get a tech out from Precision to look at it. Although I thought it to be an easy fix, it was not. In the end a new motor was needed. My service rep was respectful and knowledgeable. I thought in the end that the price was on the high side, after research, but I did not want to have to call in a bunch of quotes.

It was very easy to make an appointment with your office. One of the springs broke in my garage. I was given the time slot of between 2 PM and 6 PM. I got a text message from your technician which included my address and stated he would call me with an ETA. At 6:10 PM this evening I called your office and spoke to a lovely girl who said he was at your house and left you an estimate. No one came to my house.

I've used Precision Garage Doors before so I called them to do some preventive maintenance on my two doors. Rey replaced both bottom rubber strips (20 years old). I also had him do a check up on both doors which resulted in replacing some rollers. Rey was very friendly and helpful. He walked me through all of the improvements and the warranty. He also gave me the veteran's discount. Very pleased.

Very professional. Received a call immediately after my online request for service. Appointment available that day (Sunday) with no additional charge for weekend. Tech, Ray Gonzalez, was incredible. Pointed out a couple of extra things that needed to be taken care of and although it added to the final invoice, I won't have to be concerned about future parts failure that could have resulted in damage to my door.
