Tech was very courteous and seemed to know what he was doing. In the end we purchased a whole new unit. However, when we received our bill, we noticed a $20. “fleet charge fee” that wasn’t mentioned by the company. In fact, the reason that we used them was because it mentioned on their website there was no charge for them to come out.

I had a Garage Door Spring break and needed replacement. I decided to have both Springs, Cables and Bearings replaced. Everything was done to my satisfaction and I received a good parts and labor warranty. If I need future Garage Door services I would call Precision and ask for Rey Gonzalez!

I read the reviews then called them. The lady took my information. 25 mins later Ray called to advise me he would arrive. 6 mins later he was on the the job. Broken spring and worn coils. 1 and 1/2 hours later he had replaced and finished. This is a first class operation from the receptionist to Ray. A bit pricy but very professional, highly recommend them.
