However, when we received our bill, we noticed a $20. “fleet charge fee” that wasn’t mentioned by the company. In fact, the reason that we used them was because it mentioned on their website there was no charge for them to come out.

I damaged my garage door track with my car on a Sunday and could not close my door. I called Precision Garage Door and the office sent a technician within an hour. Rey Gonzalez was able to repair the track, straighten the bracket, and replace my rollers with longer ones. A knowledgeable technician with a good attitude and super skills. First I must say that I didn't know Garage Door repairs were so expensive! I saw two different Garage Door Companies in a local magazine. I was more impressed with Precision Garage Door Service's website and customer reviews than the other company and gave them a call. They were at my house within 2 hours after the initial call. My Technician Rey Gonzalez was professional, knowledgeable, courteous and friendly. Although I wasn't a fan of the pricing, he was upfront on the final cost and saved me money where possible. I had a Garage Door Spring break and needed replacement. I decided to have both Springs, Cables and Bearings replaced. Everything was done to my satisfaction and I received a good parts and labor warranty. If I need future Garage Door services I would call Precision and ask for Rey Gonzalez!

I got their name and number off of one of their service trucks checked their reviews on the internet and they had a 4.9. I called and scheduled a service appointment. They came the next day and gave me a quote that I accepted and they went to work. They had everything that was needed, finished the job. Their tech was awesome and I know why they have a 4.9 rating. I read the reviews then called them. The lady took my information. 25 mins later Ray called to advise me he would arrive. 6 mins later he was on the the job. Broken spring and worn coils. 1 and 1/2 hours later he had replaced and finished. This is a first class operation from the receptionist to Ray. A bit pricy but very professional, highly recommend them.
