Called on a Saturday and we schedule service for Monday 8am. My tech Hayden was ontime and very respectfull. He gave me several options for the repair of my garage door. Service was quick and only took 2 hrs for all the work. I would highly recommend Precsion Garage Door to everyone who needs a quick and quality repair of their doors.

Super impressed with the Customer Service that I received today from Hayden and the team at Precision - Jacksonville. I called first thing in the morning and they scheduled a tech to come between 12-4pm. Hayden texted me that he was ahead of schedule today and was able to come sooner. He gave me all the options, looked the door completely over, tuned it up and Boom....In about an hour he was done! We've had our door for about 8 years and luckily this is the first time we have ever had any issues with it! Thank you Hayden for your help today!

Hayden made my day. He was on time in his beautiful and immaculate truck, eager to get to work. He listened attentively as I explained the problems, made some suggestions as to what might be going on, and offered possible solutions. My son-in-law (who had referred me to your company) came over and Hayden graciously took the time to explain the situation to him. The service man was very polite and concise. I just felt that at every turn, there was an attempt to “oversell” your services at An extremely high cost. I did feel he was doing his job. But your costs are too high and I would probably look elsewhere in the future.

My garage door springs broke on Thursday night and I made a call to precision on Friday around 1200 noon and Britney was able to get a repair tech out toy house that same day vice having to wait days or weeks like other companies. Hayden showed up early and was very knowledgeable in the repairs to my garage door. My garage door was 18 years old and he was able to find other issues that would have broken within the next few months or so. Hayden was very professional and did an exceptional job. I am the original owner of my home and after the repair the door is so much quieter then it has ever been even when first installed. Thanks for the quick response and outstanding job. Will definitely use precision again in the future.

Hayden was absolutely fantastic! My old garage door opener died during Debbie after losing power and I was in quick need of replacing it. Hayden was able to come earlier than originally scheduled and was nothing short of excellent. He explained all the replacement options available, happy to answer any questions and was extremely personable. The job was done fast and he left my garage even cleaner than it was before he came. I love my new opener, how quiet it is and how smooth the entire process went. I will definitely be using Precision and Hayden again as well as recommending them to anyone else!

We have used Precision Overhead Door in the past to replace the springs and were pleased with the service. When our 20+ year old door opener went out, we called to have it evaluated for repair or replacement. Hayden was very thorough in his evaluation and recommended replacement, which we did. We also decided to replace the 38-year-old garage door. Dan did the installation of the door as soon as it came in. As with Hayden, he arrived on time, completed the installation in a timely manner and thoroughly cleaned up the area when done. Both techs were knowledgeable, personable and thorough.
