Precision Door is a wonderful company. From the receptionist to the technician, it is so easy to have the annual service and maintenance scheduled and completed promptly! I was advised when I made the tech appointment that they would diagnose the issue and quote a price. I only needed the keypad on the outside of the garage programmed to work. The tech did this in 30 seconds, never quoted a price, and then wanted to charge me $180. I questioned this and said this was unfair but the tech stood firm even though 18 months earlier precision door installed my unit. It’s very obvious this company is more interested in over charging seniors with deceptive practices. I will be writing to better business to warn others and to also advise the large retirement community I live in

Called on a Saturday and we schedule service for Monday 8am. My tech Hayden was ontime and very respectfull. He gave me several options for the repair of my garage door. Super impressed with the Customer Service that I received today from Hayden and the team at Precision - Jacksonville. I called first thing in the morning and they scheduled a tech to come between 12-4pm. Hayden texted me that he was ahead of schedule today and was able to come sooner. He gave me all the options, looked the door completely over, tuned it up and Boom....In about an hour he was done! We've had our door for about 8 years and luckily this is the first time we have ever had any issues with it! Thank you Hayden for your help today!

The service man was very polite and concise. I just felt that at every turn, there was an attempt to “oversell” your services at An extremely high cost. I did feel he was doing his job. But your costs are too high and I would probably look elsewhere in the future.
