Hayden Saari was my service technician and was fantastic. It turned into a two day job and Hayden thoroughly explained the pros and cons of each job. First day was a broken spring door repair , then a new garage door opener was installed a few days later after Hayden explained why that would be the best option. Through the entire process Hayden was a true professional . Purchased springs , rollers, and a new garage door opener with sensors, remotes , and a wall mount remote. Again, very informative as well as personable, plus a great listener. On top of all that, he knows his product line and worked out a fair and reasonable deal for the work done . Hayden came out and did a tune-up/inspection and spring tightening on my garage door. He took his time to educate me on what was causing issues with my garage door (heavier than normal door, builder grade rail, small motor, friction points).
