I called this morning and by noon it was done! I had a broken spring on the door. They replaced the spring and some parts, all present on their truck. Simple and didnt gouge. I had a coupon they honored, and they offered several package options that saved money. I am very happy with their representative and the service we received.

Hayden was assigned to fix our broken garage door keypad. I knew replacement was required which he did. What I have always liked about Precision technicians is they thoroughly explain what they are doing and where appropriate in the process involve you. Hayden at no charge oiled the track and system before he left. We would never use another company.

Within 90 minutes , Hayden was at my door , showed me what the problem was and fixed it . He also recommened replacing the original steel rollers with new nylon rollers . Called at 9am to see if we could get the spring replaced, Hayden was here by 11 am and finished replacing the springs by 11:45. Great service, absolutely wonderful tech. Walked us thru recommended changes and we will have them out to do them after the new year to do the other garage door spring. Totally recommend this company and give a shout out to Hayden, who was awesome.

Contacted Precision Door Service via chat on a Friday evening, and my garage door was repaired by 12:30 p.m. the next day (on Labor Day weekend!). The technician, HAYDEN, called to okay an early arrival for my appointment. I was happy he was able to come out early. Once he arrived, he immediately described what needed to be repaired and provided me with a quote. Hayden immediately went to work and changed my garage door springs, rollers, and tuned the entire system to work like it did when it was new. And, during his inspection, he noted a small crack on a hinge that did not require immediate action, but advised me to keep an eye on. Hayden is a garage door EXPERT. This company, and this technician, are the definition of SERVICE. Strongly recommended.
