I had an exceptional experience with Hayden Saari, the garage door repairman, from start to finish. He arrived early for the appointment, which was a pleasant surprise, and even gave me a courtesy call prior to his arrival to confirm that I was available—something I really appreciated. As soon as he arrived, Hayden greeted me politely and professionally. From the beginning, it was clear that he was not only very knowledgeable but also passionate about his work. He took the time to thoroughly explain the entire repair process, step by step, making sure I understood everything before proceeding. What really stood out to me was how Hayden offered multiple quotes and options that matched both my needs and budget—no pressure, just honest guidance. On top of that, he went the extra mile by giving me a detailed overview of how to prevent similar issues in the future and even shared helpful pointers on potential upgrades that could improve the efficiency and longevity of my garage door system. His attention to detail was incredible. Hayden not only completed the repair efficiently but also cleaned and carefully inspected every component to make sure everything was working perfectly. I had a Preision garage door installed in 2013 and had my first sercvice call today. The wall mount remote was failing...probably due to me pushing the button too hard. I believe me service man was named Hadden, I beliefe, was outstanding, friendly, polite, competent and thorough. He gets 10 stars from me.

Our garage door spring snapped at the end of last week. Monday morning, I reached out to Precision Garage Door Service of Jacksonville after noticing their 2,000+ stellar reviews. The office staff was courteous and got us on the calendar for next-day service. They let us know when staff would arrive and how they would communicate. Tuesday morning, the technician (Hayden) reached out and provided ETA and arrived when he said he would. Within an hour or so, the spring and rollers were replaced and he was on his way. He was very knowledgeable and professional. We are very happy that we chose Precision.

I don’t normally write reviews, so me writing this means the service was spectacular. Between the customer service call to get an appointment scheduled al the way to the service, it was easy and fast. Hayden was our technician and he was amazing. Super knowledgeable and gave us several different options up front about what could be the issue. We ultimately decided to get a new system installed, which came with sensors, belt, and wires. Hayden walked us through everything, gave us the pricing upfront and truthfully made this experience super easy. The price was very competitive and reasonable so we felt very comfortable making that decision on the spot. Overall, Hayden made this experience amazing. If I had a company that I owned, I would’ve offered him a job on the spot just because of his customer service and knowledge in this field. I definitely recommend!

We have used Precision several times over the year but this time they went above and beyond my expectations. The spring on our large door broke on a Friday afternoon and they sent somebody out right away. (God answered some prayers.) We were particularly impressed with the technician, Hayden. He was super professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Hayden had our door up and running in no time. Based on our experience we would definitely call them again for future service needs.

Hayden showed up at the beginning of our service window (which was a nice surprise). He was nice, knowledgeable and professional. My garage door opener system was at least 24 years old and was limping along to do its job. From a reliable source, Precision was recommended to come and assess my situation. Hayden, the installer, called me within 5-10 minutes after my first call to Precision. He answered all my questions thoroughly and provided an estimate based on what I wanted to be done. He was extremely kind and estimated the work to take approximately 1.5-2 hours. Within 1 hour, he had completed the entire job and walked me through his installation which included a new motor, belt drive, sensors, remote pad and its setup. Thank you Precision!

Esteemed Sr. Carlos Morales I was very fortunate to get Tech. Hayden Saari for a new Genie garage door opener purchased from Precision G.D.S. on 4/29/25. Hayden arrived at the exact time promised and was very polite and extremely knowledgeable on the Genie product he was about to instal. After informing him of my current age and past stroke; Hayden made sure to explain what the job entitled with patience and in a non technical manner. Job was completed in approx. (2 hrs.) and work area was totally cleaned up. Hayden took the time to program an extra Genie remote and my automobile "Homelink" system. We needed to repair our garage door and opener . Hayden did a very thorough job . Everything is back to where it was 20 years sgo. This was an original Precision product and the repairs certainly were done well. The price was definitely more than we anticipated so caution should be exercised in making decisions.
