Once I contacted Precision I was contacted by our service guy, Hayden, within minutes. He was on site within the hour. Hayden was excellent...a clear communicator, friendly, showing options for the repair, and pricing. He did a thorough inspection and review of other possible future repairs and maintenance tips. We had an issue with our remote keypad entry unit. We called Precision on a Saturday early afternoon and were told the technician would be there between 4-8 that same day. He showed up at 4, diagnosed that the unit was bad, replaced it, checked our garage door, gave us advice and was done in 45 minutes. Our tech, Hayden, was amazing! Knowledgeable, helpful, efficient, and most of all, a really nice guy! Highly recommend this company!
