Hayden came out and did a tune-up/inspection and spring tightening on my garage door. He took his time to educate me on what was causing issues with my garage door (heavier than normal door, builder grade rail, small motor, friction points). Once I contacted Precision I was contacted by our service guy, Hayden, within minutes. He was on site within the hour.
