superb customer service in setting up an appointment on a Saturday with no additional charge for a weekend service. The technician called ahead to let us know his ETA and presented him self to us in a very professional and courteous manner. He explained every step of the process and was able to complete the service within an hour. Both doors are balanced perfectly and the adjustments made totally fixed the issues.
