superb customer service in setting up an appointment on a Saturday with no additional charge for a weekend service. The technician called ahead to let us know his ETA and presented him self to us in a very professional and courteous manner. He explained every step of the process and was able to complete the service within an hour. Both doors are balanced perfectly and the adjustments made totally fixed the issues. I have used Precision Over the last five years and have never been disappointed in any way.

Dalton Merritt - Thank you so much for the professional service in repairing my mother's garage door. Dalton was courteous and helped us understand what needed to be done in the repair of our garage door. Especially appreciated the prompt response - as the damaged door happened late Friday nite and we were pleasantly surprised that we had Dalton the following morning to repair the door and upgrade the motor. and bent railings. My husband was a garage door installer in the late 80s and I understand how difficult a garage door can be to fix on your own (which definitely will use Precision Overhead Garage door service in the future). I was very pleased with the technician Roberto and how quickly I was contacted after scheduling for service and replacing a broken spring. I spent the better part of 2hours price shopping, waiting on return calls voice mails etc. Don't waste your time as I did, this company was professional from the very beginning(they actually answered my call) to the completion of work. I was happy with the results! They also honored the coupon found at the end of there webpage.

We had been happy with Precision in the past. Unfortunately our 24 year old door opener was beyond help as the control panel electronics had failed and it wouldn't have made sense to repair it, even if the parts were available. Andreu replaced the old unit with a new, much quieter (nearly silent!) and more efficient one. He was meticulous in his work and was a consummate professional in every way. Thanks for the great service!

I found Precision through a simple Google search. I chose Precision because they were available on the weekend when we needed them. I will stay a Precision customer because of the outstanding service we received from technician Michael. He throughly assessed and communicated our issue, gave us potential best and worst case scenarios before starting the work, was very professional both before, during and after the service. We really appreciated his communication with us prior to arriving to ensure we knew if he was running late, etc. We weren't left sitting at home guessing when he might (or even if) he arrived like most service people. Would definitely recommend company.
