Michael G. arrived right on schedule and checked out my current door opener. I had a list of questions ready to ask him about and he responded to every one with explainations. After a very detailed discussion he assisted me in deciding to install a new unit rather than trying a fix (the orig. unit was about 18 years old). I then selected which model I wanted, and Michael went to work on installing the new unit. He is a hard worker and worked quickly to get me up and running. I liked Michael very much and felt safe and comfortable having him in my home. Your company should be proud of having such a pleasant, personable and experienced person in your employ! I would recommend your company based on Michaels performance and personal characteristics!

I had used Percision Door in the past. This time was a bit more ergent, as the door broke on the way down and was unable to get the car out. It was very easy to make an appointment on line. I had an appointment for between 8-10AM. Cameron my technician called to let me know he was on his way at 7:45. He was so kind and polite, very professional and knew right away what the issue was. Gave me an estimate before doing any work so there was no surprise at the end, Precision Door you should be greatful to have such a wonderful employee as Cameron. Thank You Cameron

They have taken care of us and showed up early. When you hear between 8 to 10 it usually is 11:30 when other vendors show up. Precision showed up at 8a. Love it.

I had used Precision Door a few years ago to replace springs in my double garage door. Recently the spring on my small door broke and I contacted them again. I was told someone could be there within an hour to two hours. Wesly called me when he was 30 minutes away. Upon arrival he went over the options I could select for the repairs. Once we agreed he went to work a repaired the door. In addition, he was professional and friendly and did a great job. I had to compliment him on his work. It is so hard to find people with a good attitude and work ethic. Thanks.

In this case, Kaleb King was an exemplary representative of your organization. He was friendly, professional and very knowledgeable. He answered our questions completely and concisely. He didn't deliver a 'hard pitch' to upsell us on additional equipment/services, but instead, provided us with valid information that allowed us to make the decision to replace some of the system hardware. I was in Hotel operations and sales for 30+ years. Kaleb displayed the high level of customer service, sound communication skills and polished professionalism I would look for in my employees. Delighted by eventual response to my call to repair a keypad issue. Colton was able to fix the problem quickly and efficiently. Reason for "eventual" is that I received no response to my initial online request for an appointment thru the PD website. Apparently, there is little connection between the website and the local office which needs to be addressed. Otherwise, great service!

Well reviewed, was never offered a choice garage door openers why? Work was explained and completed quickly. My garage door opener suffered some form of electrical surge. Surprised that a surge protector was not offered.

I had a problem with my garbages door closing. Back on Feb 24 2022 made an appointment. The repairman came tweaked the door senors and ran off. No more than 15 minute. A few weeks later I had the same problem. I was hesitant to call Precision and suffered with the problem. I gave Precision another try and Michael G came over looked at the problem careful and solved the issue. You should train your repairman to follow his work ethics.

We had noticed that our garage control box was failing, from time to time, to open the garage door. (The wireless controller in the car was always working.) 1. We called, and the technician came out. He seemed to do a good overall review. He found a poorly connected wire attached to the back of motor assemble. Unfortunately, he never saw a real failure while he was here. But, it looked like maybe he had fixed it. 2. Within a very few days, we had some more of the same failures (although they were not quite as often as before). 3. So, we called again, and he came out. He had concluded that the problem was in the motor assembly itself, and he said that the only solution was to replace it with a new motor system. So, we had him do that. So far, we have had no more problems since he installed the new assembly. We do also note that the overall noise does seem to be a bit less noisy.
