Our garage door spring broke on a Sunday. Precision was able to repair it the same day and at a fair and reasonable price. I can't say enough about the technician, Tybius. How fortunate Precision Doors is to have such an exemplary employee! He has great product knowledge, is articulate, pleasant and professional. He was able to clearly explain the underlying problem, and wasted no time making the necessary repairs. His work ethic is a rare find. Dalton did an amazing job fixing the issue we had with our garage door. We called earlier this afternoon and the repair was scheduled for the same day! He promptly evaluated the issue with the door and provided me with a reasonable quote which included a military discount! He repaired my door and checked all the mechanisms to ensure that everything was working properly and tested it about 4 times!
