We called and got an appointment when we called for the same day. The technician was very friendly and looked at my old system to see if it was repairable. It was not so he was able not install a new one immediately. He was fast and efficient and explained everything very thoroughly. I would highly recommend Precision Door to anyone that is having garage door issues.

Chad was so friendly and knowledgeable, and he installed a whisper-quiet Liftmaster for me. He took the time to explain how all the features work, and patiently waited while I tried them out. I won’t call anyone else if I need additional services.

There are many Garage door repair companies in Jacksonville, FL, but this Company Reigns above them all. I gave them a call on the phone and not 30 minutes later they showed up at my home. Same day service! She gave me a quote over the phone. The Technician gave the same quote at my home. The Tech, went over the complete breakdown and estimate. They also have a great warranty with their work. The Technician was done in 45 minutes. I would definitely recommend Precision Garage Door, very respectful and kind. Service was a 5+ from start to finish.I recieved a quick appoinment. Cameron the tech was wonderful from start to finish. Evaluated the problem. The garage opener needed to be replaced. He explained every step of the process.He was friendly and courteous. He hauled away all of the old materials. After installation he explained and demonstrated the system plus my new key pads. He programed my car opener for me as well. Overall I thought the experience was exceptional.

Hayden the technician did an absolute amazing job. Diagnosed the problem with our panel quickly, and repaired. Hayden also did a general check of the motor, cleans out the motor area, greased all the hinges for the garage door. He also repaired some exposed wires on the sensors. Hayden is very professional.
