Great customer experience! The springs snapped on our garage door Saturday afternoon. Called Precision and was able to have a door professional make the repairs early the next day-Sunday!! Ron was wonderful and reviewed the recommended repairs with us and completed the task within a reasonable timeframe. Precision Garage Door promptly dispatched a technician to my house as our cars were trapped in the garage when the 8 year old spring gave way. Nick the technician thoroughly explained what work needed to be done to replace the spring on my garage door. Excellent, professional, friendly service. Early Sunday morning I tried to exit my garage but was unable to lift the garage door. The huge spring over the door had broken. A professional garage door technician was at my home by noon and everything was fixed by 2:30. Before payment I was given an itemized statement of what would be done what it would cost as well as warranty information.
