Technician showed up on time. Technician called in advance to inform me of arrival time. He give me a review of what garage door opener that we're available for my door. I made the selection and he installed opener explained and showed me how it worked and how to program additional devices should I wanted to add. Technician then cleaned up debris and asked if there was anything else I needed. I am extremely satisfied with his installation work and highly recommend Precision Garage Door Service.

Hayden came out and did a tune-up/inspection and spring tightening on my garage door. He took his time to educate me on what was causing issues with my garage door (heavier than normal door, builder grade rail, small motor, friction points). He was very professional and kind and made the whole process easy.

Drew Butler was the technician who replaced two garage door motors at my home. He was polite, prompt, respectful and knowledgeable. He completed the work in under two hours. Rey did an outstanding job replacing the springs and changed out other needed parts for me. He also replaced a rubber seal at the bottom of the garage door that had an opening. He informed me that I have a 5 year warranty for everything that he did. It was expensive but was needed. Thanks

Cameron with Precision arrived earlier today matching my appointment. He was incredibly knowledgeable about all things garage doors. He replaced my non functional keypad and made sure it worked for me before leaving. He also discussed my potential future needs since my garage door unit is almost 20 yrs old. When my garage door failed to open recently at about 3 p.m., I called Precision Garage Door Service. I thought they would make an appointment for the next day. I was wrong. They had a service technician (Tim Van Vuren) respond to my home in about 1 hour. I reveived an email alerting me when he was on the way. By 4 p.m. Tim was working on repairing my garage door - replacing the motor, springs and rollers. I was very impressed on the whole experience from the first phone call to Tim's professionalism and experience doing the repairs and helping me reset the openers, synching my car to the remote and explaining the warranty on the parts and labor.

2nd time Precision has helped me. First to replace a broken spring and today replace a 20 year old opener. Great company. Called this am and tech Camren arrived a hour later. Worked up 3 options took measurements and finished the job professionally in about 90 minutes. Setup the app and car openers, explained the operation for all openers and warranties. Experienced and professional. Would call Precision again if need. Very satisfied

I called Precision Garage Door Service because my door was not wanting to close after having been opened. It kept acting like something was obstructing closure. I had tried to troubleshoot the electronic beam but that wasn't the problem. I hoped it could be repaired.I called mid-morning and by very early afternoon technician Drew arrived at my house to begin his "investigation." He called ahead of time and arrived in a timely manner. He determined that the electronic panel was likely going bad. He was not trying to just make a sale. The door actually started to work again but there was no guarantee how long it would last. I was also unable to get it to stop mid-movement the way it was designed to operate so I decided to replace the opener with a new belt driven opener which is now operates significantly more smoothly and quietly. Drew did not pressure me or try to convince me to replace the garage door opener. He gave me feedback on his observations to help me make my own decision. He pointed out that the way the old chain was pulling might also be part of the problem. He also inspected the entire system and tightened some screws. He explained everything to me and answered all of my questions. Drew was polite, professional,considerate, and helpful. I have a junky garage and he was able to work around it while being careful and respectful of my property. I had used Precision for a successful repair back in 2019. Based on my favorable experience I highly recomment Precision.
