Isolated the problem and developed a wireless solution rapidly to the failure of our hardwired actuator inside the house. This is my second time employing this company and found this branch in JAX just as professional as the Tampa Bay branch that fixed my door. They uphold a high standard and reputation. For the time spent by a specialist, and device purchased, the cost of this fix was reasonable.

I would recommend position garage door service. We came home from our trip and our garage door was dead. It wasn’t even getting any power. We’ve been having trouble with it for a couple of weeks. We had just moved into a new house and there was a sign on the garage door for precision so therefore, I assume they had installed the garage door so I called them. From my first contact, everything was positive and professional. An appointment was made for the following morning. I received a text message at 8 AM telling me the technician was on his way. When he arrived, he was kind, patient, professional, friendly and competent. He was very thorough. He fixed our door in short order. Tuned it up so we wouldn’t need any work done on it for a while. Even programmed our vehicles with a home link service and also reset the outdoor door panel so that we could use that. He really went above and beyond the call of duty and I was really impressed.

After looking over everything I decided to replace the entire door, tracks and opener due to the age and cost of repairs. It was installed and complete by Monday afternoon. Very quick, efficient, and love my new door.

Precision is top notch! I used them a few years back to do some work and they did exceptional. Fast forward to a few weeks ago….. I needed some maintenance done an and regretfully decided to give a smaller company a chance to perform the maintenance. A decision that turned out to cost way more than I was planning to save! After the “new” company performed their maintenance, my garage doors were functioning way worse than ever!! They sold me and installed door springs that were completely wrong for my genie opener, and my entire door was off balance. I had the guy return a few times to see if it could be fixed and he told me this was the best it would be. But I couldn’t live with these results. So I reached out to precision this past week to come by and see if they could help me out. After Colton tried everything to not have to sell me new parts for the malfunctioning and off balance door, he unfortunately had to change the springs again since the previous company installed the wrong ones. But him and his manager Dalton worked with my budget knowing the situation I was in. Colton was so helpful and spent a couple of hours here fixing everything to my liking! I then had precision back a few days later to change the exterior garage molding since it was old and tearing. Colton came again for continuity of service. He made sure everything was to my standard before leaving, even though it was raining heavily outside. He didn’t rush and took his time to make sure I was satisfied with the work. In the future, I will never use anyone except precision again!! They are extremely knowledgeable and do a great job!! Thank you for your help!!
