Hayden was amazing! He was extremely thorough, knew exactly what he was talking about, and got the job done quickly. We had previously had a bad experience with another subcontractor, but Hayden came in and fixed all of the issues without any hassle. What an awesome company to work with. First, a real person answers the phone. I was able to get same day service, even on a Sunday. Actually they came out in less than an hour after my call. My technician, Noah, was wonderful. He conducted an overall inspection, discussed what was needed to fix the main issue, and discussed other specifics that we might want to address now as well. Professional, friendly, not high pressure on anything. Had everything he needed in his truck to do the work. Did an awesome job, the garage door has never opened and closed this smoothly. I've been using Precision Garage Door for many years for yearly service on my 2 garage doors. I've used other garage door companies in previous years, and they were not nearly as good and thorough as Precision Garage Door. I got their name and number off of one of their service trucks checked their reviews on the internet and they had a 4.9. I called and scheduled a service appointment. They came the next day and gave me a quote that I accepted and they went to work. They had everything that was needed, finished the job. Their tech was awesome and I know why they have a 4.9 rating. Noah did a great job and showed me what happened and what needed to be repaired. Because of price I was not able to replace the bearings or the rollers at this time. So I had to settle with operational, thanks to Noah my door is operational!

Had a spring break, and the door was too heavy to raise and lift by hand. These guys were out at the house the very next day, and had it fixed and back to operational within the next hour or so. They also did some other maintenance on the door to keep it running. Nice, professional, and confident in their work. Highly recommend these guys.

Service was professional and prompt. I called with an emergency and technician was at my house 45 minutes later. I tried a few months earlier to fix a broken spring with parts bought on Amazon. To say the least, I made a mess of things. My technician Ron explained what needed to be done and had the job completed within a couple of hours. I highly recommend Precision to get the job done right!
