I replaced my broken door opener chain and needed my travel limits adjusted. After the first adjustment the tech made, it snapped my new chain. And of course he didn’t have a replacement. Stuck between a rock and a hard place, had to have a new opener installed. Charged me $799.00, my advice is definitely shop around before committing.

Our old garage door opener had been failing and after 15 years it was time. We called PRECISION and a real person picked up right away! They came out the next day (they would’ve come that day, but we weren’t home). Cameron inspected it and explained why the chain popped off and showed the bits of the gear grinding metal on top of the opener. Turns out the wood door was too heavy for the small machine. We wanted to keep the old door a bit longer so he gave us a several options. We learned about video surveillance models but I just wanted a regular opener. So we talked about two powerful openers and even a light commercial one. No pressure, just explained the differences. We went with the light commercial belt driven opener and it is awesome. So quiet! Cameron did such a nice job of explaining the process of installation, was very neat, and even programmed all our cars and changed our keypad on the outside of the garage and programmed that too. He tuned up and tightened the old door too! He was super polite and skilled making us feel confident with our choice - not to mention the warranty on their work and the opener itself. Would recommend to family and friends anytime!

Precision Door came to the rescue within just 2 hours after we had a spring snap & cables fall loose and so our only car was trapped inside our garage! Thankfully it happened on a weekend, but we were getting ready to leave town and needed to be able to get our car out- and the garage fixed!- as quickly as possible. Even though we are renters, Precision worked directly with us and has a great process to notify our landlord automatically & thankfully our landlord is super responsive and approved the work right away. Our service tech Cameron was very professional and friendly and we had a nice chat about his Scottish background. Highly recommend!

I chose Precision Garage Door Service because of the word of mouth reviews I received when I asked for a referral. Precision contacted me the same day that I left them an email message. They offered to come the next day but that would not work for us so we scheduled for two days later. Camron, the service technician, was at the house promptly and had door openers available in his truck. This was a surprise as I thought they would have to order what they needed after looking at my garage door installation. As it was, Camron gave me some options and I picked the one I wanted. Within 1.5 hours, he had the job done and the garage all cleaned up. I highly recommend Precision Garage as they do good work and are reasonably priced.

The way a business should be run! Great customer service from the phone call through the finished repair/replacement of broken spring. Cameron was the service tech that replaced broken spring. Called and asked if ok to come early (really!). Arrived as planned, friendly, professional and did great work. Explained everything well, serviced and checked out all of door and motor. Had everything with him, so job was completed in about an hour. And all of this on a Saturday with no extra charge
