I had broken spring on my double hurricane reinforced garage door. Scheduled Monday 0800 service. Making appointment online was effortless and convenient. Cameron called when he was en route and showed up on time. He was courteous, polite and professional. He was very patient in explaining what needed to be done as well as options. He did so with the heart of a teacher rather than that of a salesman. He expeditiously performed the needed repairs and patiently explained everything. He is definitely in the top 1% of technicians/craftsmen I have had over the years. A credit to Precision. Any company would be fortunate to have him represent them.

Tech-Cameron was able to arrive early on Saturday and called ahead which I appreciated! He greeted me with a hand-shake and introduced himself. He was very thorough in his explanations of what he could do and what additional items may need repair. He completed the task with an hour and half. He was very personable and left no mess after completing his task.

Today I had the pleasure of using Precision For Service for the first time. They are very professional and do great work. My garage door was sounding very rough and loud. They replaced the roller wheels, which were metal, and some were rusty, with new fiber glass ones and lubricated the door as well. Now my door opens and closes smoothly and quietly. I highly recommend this company for any repairs, or even to update an older Door such as mine. They are very fairly priced as well.

As always Outstanding service! They called and asked if they could come early. I was delighted since my car was trapped in the garage! I had used Percision Door in the past. This time was a bit more ergent, as the door broke on the way down and was unable to get the car out. It was very easy to make an appointment on line. I had an appointment for between 8-10AM. Cameron my technician called to let me know he was on his way at 7:45. He was so kind and polite, very professional and knew right away what the issue was.
