First let me say that my home is new built less than 2 yrs ago and in the explosive building that is less than great. At least we got a solid home according to the closing folks. I came home from an tried to open my garage door and it failed so bad that wheels flew off and shatter one of my glass windows. So the door was literally hange warpped for hours. The orginal garge door company wanted hundreds of dollars to come out on an emergency and even 269 dollars just to come out tomorrow. Precision was called (No Fee Service Call) and it was a turn key operation with Cameron (USAF Vet). Cameron sized it up and made his plan and it worked great and needed very little help cause this was a heavy door in a bad position/situation. Cameron was all professional and I will and would use them for my new home or for every reason needed for a garage door. It was simply remarkable to see such service in this day and age. I so appreciate the day ending with a smile.

Precision and their team made me a same day appointment and showed up earlier than expected. The technician (Drew) completed an inspection, performed some test, and contacted the manufacturer. Drew informed me that the opener had some issues with controllers staying programmed and he was authorized to replace the unit with an updated unit. He removed and replaced the units, completed test, and reprogrammed all equipment. He repaired what he was called out for quickly. Additionally, he answered questions I had with my outside key pad along with both car controllers. Drew was very knowledgeable and professional along with doing great work. Hopefully, you have Drew train your new technicians and they become as sharp as him. Awesome technician and service! Thank you.

I replaced my broken door opener chain and needed my travel limits adjusted. After the first adjustment the tech made, it snapped my new chain. And of course he didn’t have a replacement. Stuck between a rock and a hard place, had to have a new opener installed. Charged me $799.00, my advice is definitely shop around before committing.

Our old garage door opener had been failing and after 15 years it was time. We called PRECISION and a real person picked up right away! They came out the next day (they would’ve come that day, but we weren’t home). Cameron inspected it and explained why the chain popped off and showed the bits of the gear grinding metal on top of the opener. Turns out the wood door was too heavy for the small machine. We wanted to keep the old door a bit longer so he gave us a several options. We learned about video surveillance models but I just wanted a regular opener. So we talked about two powerful openers and even a light commercial one. No pressure, just explained the differences. We went with the light commercial belt driven opener and it is awesome. So quiet! Cameron did such a nice job of explaining the process of installation, was very neat, and even programmed all our cars and changed our keypad on the outside of the garage and programmed that too. He tuned up and tightened the old door too! He was super polite and skilled making us feel confident with our choice - not to mention the warranty on their work and the opener itself. Would recommend to family and friends anytime!
