Technician came out on Sunday earlier than expected. Showed me a few more items that needed to be done and got everything completed. Technician was super nice and easy going. Really appreciate the great service.

Ron was really great! He explained what the issue was, and gave me options on approach to repair our garage door springs! Ron was very efficient with the repair and I could really see the quality of workmanship and expertise on repairing the issue. I would definitely recommend Precision Garage!

My service was excellent! There was a little problem with the address (there are two homes in the community with the same address numbers). The office and technical called to get the correct address and everything went perfectly after that. The Technican (Ron)answered all of my questions and helped me change my code.

I highly recommend this company if you are in need of having your garage door repaired! I was able to get a same day appointment. They had efficient and effective communication. I was sent a picture of my technician before he arrived. Ron did a fabulous job inspecting the entire garage door. He gave me a breakdown on cost of what needed to done, and options. Ron did an amazing job on the repair, and was finished in a timely manner. I felt super safe having this company in my home.

Incredibly customer responsive & efficient. Technician was outstanding and informative. I, do have to pass on, I had a little bit of sticker shock on the cost. The wiring work I needed done was done well. I believe the service man "up-sold" me a bunch of other stuff I didn't request (Mostly maintenance stuff), but I would have appreciated knowing about it and being given the chance to say "yes" or "no" ahead of it being added to the work. I had asked about a new remote. He added one to the invoice, but did say I could reject it if I wanted. I kept it.
