I used precision door because the first time I used them they were great. After 10 years my motor started acting up so I called, they put a new motor in. The installer , Mitchell, was great, he did a fantastic job. I will always use Precision Door.

Ist time I used Percision. The service tech, NATE, installed a keypad. He explained everything about the item, installed it, and lubricated some of the system parts. MICHAEL came back the next ay to address a small issue. He, too, explained it well, fixed it and was gone in a short time. I am impressed with the service and look forward to switching to Precision moving forward with our garage door needs.

I was told by another garage door sales/repair company that if we had a hurricane my door would cave in and also that there was no way to make it quieter. Precision came out and to give me an estimate on a new door and he told me I didn’t need a door, it is hurricane compliant to 130mph and suggested I have them come out do some work on the door which would make it quieter, which I did, and for $800 its a much different door and it saved me $2000+. Doesn’t get better than that!

I called Precision Door after 6:00 PM when I discovered my garage door spring had broken. They sent a tech, Wes, over the next day, who arrived a few minutes early after gibing me a course call with an approximate arrival time. Wes explained my options clearly and got to work. From the time I called to the time of the completed repair, lubrication, and bulb installation was 1 hour and for the price quoted to me! Yes.. I was lucky to slide into a previously canceled appointment but nevertheless I would wait a week or more if needed to have Alan come back. Alan was our service advisor and is a true asset to any company! He worked fast and showed my husband and I everything he was doing! We could not be more pleased!

From the initial inquiry call, to meeting the field sales rep to the install.......all went smoothly. I was kept in the loop while the door was ordered, permits were pulled and then prompt installation. The installation crew were nice, helpful and paid attention to detail. Had repairs done on garage door. Bottom bracket had pulled loose. Reggie was very professional and likeable. We have a solid wooden door which Reggie had little expereince with but he was determined to get our door fixed as it had jammed shut enclosing our cars inside the garage unable to take my wife for her medical treatments. Reggie assessed the situation and came up with the solution, an 'out of the box' remedy. I appreciate his honest concern for my wife's treatments and his imagination in fixing our door. It works great!

This is the second time in approximately a year I have needed their services. Both times, they came out the same day I called them. A co worker needed service on her garage door recently, and other companies were telling her it would be days until they got to her. ( her car was in the garage and the door wouldn't go up). I had her call Precision door, and they were there in a matter of hours and fixed the problem.
