Hayden was the technician and he was super knowledgeable and polite. I chose Precision Garage Door Service because of the word of mouth reviews I received when I asked for a referral. Precision contacted me the same day that I left them an email message. They offered to come the next day but that would not work for us so we scheduled for two days later. Camron, the service technician, was at the house promptly and had door openers available in his truck. This was a surprise as I thought they would have to order what they needed after looking at my garage door installation. As it was, Camron gave me some options and I picked the one I wanted. Within 1.5 hours, he had the job done and the garage all cleaned up. I highly recommend Precision Garage as they do good work and are reasonably priced.

As to be expected the problem was gone by the time the service call started. Same day service was easily scheduled to fit my time needs. Cameron was very professional, answered all my questions prior to starting the new installation and made sure I didn't have anymore before he left. In addition to installing a new opener, he checked the whole door and lubricated all the rollers. Door is much quieter than before he started. Received an email before he arrived with his picture, which is nice with all the fraud going on today.
