Precision's technician (Tim) arrived to do an inspection and maintenance on the garage door. He was on time and professional. The house I bought is 12 years old and I was concerned about whether or not any maintenance had been done since built. He checked the door, keypad, and switches and made suggestions to cover my concerns. He was able to answer all my questions and pointed out what I can do to maintain good operation. I was very satisfied with his service and his knowledge. Overall Precision was quick to respond, fair in its price, and will be a valuable partner going forward.

Dalton helped us out with a malfunctioning pair of garage doors and we couldn’t be more pleased. He was friendly, professional, and diagnosed the issues quickly. Dalton explained the potential solutions clearly and then got to work to address the problems. All work done quickly and all materials were tidied up.
