Customer service was helpful and got me an appointment right away. My technician was a little to parade for my liking and his recommendations but Siri explained a couple of options for me and was knowledgeable as well did a very good job on the service.

The two young men arrived sooner than expected -- after calling to ask if it was okay. Both were friendly, respectful, and helpful. They worked efficiently and patiently answered several questions about my door and remote-entry system. After they left, I felt like my door -- parts of it quite old -- had been restored and would continue to give good service for some time to come. I hope and trust that I won't be disappointed.

Making an appointment was quick and easy. Technician Nate Lewis was prompt, courteous and professional. We were unsure of the issue, other than odd noise. Service call was handled promptly and the tech (Kyle) called within 35 minutes. Kyle quickly replaced the builder grade garage door system within a few hours and did an excellent job with the installation. I have had Precision take care of a spring issue at a previous property in the past and their staff is courteous, well-trained, and professional. Thank you for the quick turn-around on this project.

Very professional and on time! Just two years ago we hired a different garage door repair company. The pricing was very comparable however, we were not aware used 3 year old springs were installed at the time. I guess we made the assumption the company was on the up and up and only new materials/parts were being installed. One of the used springs recently broke, and this time we called Precision Door Service. What a relief to have a reliable A+ rated on BBB service the door this time. We will never use anyone else for our future garage door services.
