I called precision garage on Monday, August 17, 2026. They told me that they could schedule me that day between two and six Dalton arrived precisely at 2 o’clock. He was very professional answered all my questions about my problem with the Garage door he also recommended that I put a key lock in so that I could get into my garage. Should the electric,go out so we also did that and then he was also very informative to let me know that the person who installed my motor for my garage door did not put in the right spring so he was also very helpful to do that and,make sure that my garage motor would last longer and that it was easy for me to lift the door in the future. I would strongly recommend precision, garage door services, and I will always call them in the future to help me with any issues that I may have.

I called for an appointment around 8:30am, was given an arrival window of 10am-2pm, Dalton called around 10:15am and was on his way. He was able to quickly diagnose the issue and offer the estimate for repair. He walked me through a few different options to find the one that best met my needs. Dalton had all the work wrapped up by 1:30pm and everything was back to working properly. Thank you for the fast, efficient, and friendly service! Highly recommend for anyone in the future.

Winston was very friendly and knowledgeable. He figured out the problem I was having which was not mechanical. I was confident in his ability that I ask him to do maintenance while he was here. In the detailed maintenance he did noticed that some replacements were needed. Note: because I am older he did ask my son who came by to look at his recommendations. Winston was not pushing anything, he wanted to be ver y sure we agreed with him. Winston and I also had a chat about his family because I am nosy :). Winston is a good, trust worthy asset to the company.

It was a great experience, the two guys were personable and professional, very knowledgeable and efficient. They told me what was wrong and gave me a couple of options. After talking about I chose to replace the whole unit. they went over cost and also gave us a military discount as me and my wife are both veterans. Our garage door wouldn't open this morning as we were headed out to take our dog to the groomer. I called precision and in 10 minutes I received a text saying someone will be here between 12-4. Driver texted and told me he was on his way before noon. Install was quick and the installer was extremely pleasant and there were no surprises. He gave us the quote and had the items on hand. 1 hour later we were able to leave our garage. Highly recommend this company.

Dalton did an amazing job fixing the issue we had with our garage door. We called earlier this afternoon and the repair was scheduled for the same day!
