I had kept the ad for 2.5 years. The service person was courteous, professional, and exceptionally good at his job. The quick response was appreciated. I had rolled into my 2 year old garage door and had two dents and a loose clip. I was devastated. Now you cannot tell there were any dents in the door. And the cost was more than reasonable. Our less-than-ten-year-old Genie garage door opener was stopping halfway up the track and moving only slightly when the button was pushed. My fiancé tried to troubleshoot it himself to no avail. I found Precision Garage Door Service based on their Google reviews. When I called, Lakin was friendly and helpful. She even tried to get a technician out the same day! When Dalton Merritt arrived to look at the door and troubleshoot the issue, he explained that we were lucky to have gotten the service out of it that we had, as it was underpowered for our heavy garage door (builder-grade). He was friendly and professional. He told me what the options were, detailed them for me on the tablet, and even offered to talk with my fiancé if there were any questions. We opted to go all in on the repair, replacing the garage door opener, having him add additional hinges for the panels, and an upgraded spring system. Was it cheap? No. Do I feel confident that if there’s another issue I can call Precision back and they’ll come back out? Absolutely! But I also know this repair will last us for years to come. I was extremely pleased with the quick response, attention to detail, and quality of service we received from Precision and their team. I highly recommend them.

Been in my house about 9.5 years the garage door began having issues closing (it would get within 1-2 feet of the ground and retract). I did basic troubleshooting with the sensors and Down settings but nothing worked. I called to schedule repair and the lady that helped me was very friendly, able to schedule for my preferred timing (the next morning), and provided all information I asked for such as how pricing worked. Dalton called in advance of arriving and arrived right at the beginning of the scheduled window. He was personable and knowledgeable. He quickly diagnosed issues and was able to show me how/why things were issues. He provided the estimate and went over options that could lower/raise the amount and also that I could remove anything I wanted. Can't lie that the estimate was pricey but we decided to move forward, especially since Dalton had everything needed for the repair on his truck and could perform the repair right then and there. I asked how long it might take and he said 1.5-2 hours. He wrapped up right around 1.5 hours and showed me the work. He was thorough and obviously took pride in doing good work. He also programmed the door code to my choice. Although it was more expensive than I expected, I am very pleased with the work and the experience. They delivered on everything they said and I didn't feel like I was just being sold a bill of goods for a money grab. Will definitely use again for future needs.

Good job done by crew. Left two pieces of roller that was cut off laying on floor of garage. Also receipt showed only 90 day warranty when we were verbally told one year. First time dealing with you company. Maybe we needed to look around for someone else that made sure everything was done the rest that way. The little things leave a lasting impression. Thanks

I had some repair work done on my garage door 1 1/2 years ago. They technician was Dalton. Very polite, informative, and explained what my door would most likely need an the future. I decided it was time to repair my door, before it get worse and it still worked. I called Precision to schedule a appointment, they were courteous, pleasant and prompt. I scheduled my appointment 2 days later, to request to have the same technician come back. I never felt high pressure sale techniques, trusted DALTON!!! Highly recommend Precision Garage Doors!!!

I called yesterday to make an appointment for a new garage door opener. They could have sent a tech that day but I couldn't do it until the next day. Jessica made the appt for 10 to 12 the next day. Dalton called and could come a little early so he arrived at 9:50. Dalton did a fabulous job of evaluating my current system and outlined exactly what I needed and had all costs laid out. I selected the opener I wanted and Dalton went to work. In only 2 hours I had a completely installed and operational new garage door opener! He had everything he needed for virtually replacing everything except the door itself on his truck. He updated all remotes, keypad, and programmed my car. It was actually amazing how efficiently and quickly this was all done. I would highly recommend Precision to anyone. Dalton was excellent and very knowledgeable about all aspects of his profession!!!

When my garage door was squealing more, then only closing partially, I thought it was a programming issue, then it would not go up! You Tube help videos did not help me!! I am so thankful that Precision Garage Door had a live person to talk with on Sunday and make an appointment for the following day to investigate. Dalton showed me that the cable was non-functional, preventing the motor from pulling the door open. The team, Dalton and Andrew, replaced the cable with a much stronger one than the original, working efficiently and quickly, with the wiring nicely re-done. They were respectful of me and my property, leaving the door working perfectly and the area cleaned up, taking the defunct items away. They even programmed the garage door opener button in my car to work !! I couldn't be happier. Thank you for being there & helping get the garage door working like new!
