Our garage door arm broke off this morning when I tried to open. I called Precision and they gave same day appointment. Technician Rey was very professional and knowledgeable. He was able to repair the arm to make everything work properly. He also gave suggestions on replacing the opener and door. For now this was our best and cheapest outcome. Will definitely call Precision in future when we are able to replace.

Chad was so friendly and knowledgeable, and he installed a whisper-quiet Liftmaster for me. He took the time to explain how all the features work, and patiently waited while I tried them out. I won’t call anyone else if I need additional services.

Precision swapped out metal garage door rollers for nylon. The result is better than I hoped. With metal rollers the door was noisy and the lift was choppy. Now it is quiet and smooth. Want to give a big shout out to Nick B. Nick was just wonderful to work with - knew his stuff, took his time, and did great quality work. Thank you Precision!

My garage door is from Precision. When I first moved into my house 12 years ago I calledPrecision and they sent a technicianright out and replaced the faulty motor. Another time I couldn’t get the door closed. I called Precision and they immediately came out and fixed the problem which was An electrical wires to the sensors. Yesterday I called because my garage door had gotten so loud and opening and closing. A technician was sent out immediately and serviced the motor and the coils. Riley, the technician, was very knowledgeable about the system. I will continue to use your company!
