From the moment he arrived, Connor was professional, knowledgeable, and respectful of my time and property. Connor walked me through the issues with our existing garage door that would no longer open with the controls. He took the time to explain which components were affected and the potential issues that could arise in the future. I never felt rushed or pressured, and he made sure all my questions were answered before moving forward.
