The garage door and installation went great. The partial financing we did was and still is a disaster. The technician and office manager (Michelle) said it was 12 months no interest. I received a call from a rude lady stating we had not responded to her emails to sign the financing paperwork. In reviewing the emails, this email was sent in a "NO-REPLY" email. When we reviewed the document it said 6 months no interest. The finance company and Precision point the finger at the each other. "We can't change it, they have to". When I reached out to Precision today, they told me I selected the 6 months option on the initial application, which is not true, the only fields to be completed are demographics. Since that didn't work, they referred me back to the finance company. Today they said Accounting was the only one that could help, pointing in a new direction. Of course, I could not speak to anyone, guess they need time to look for someone else to point the finger at.

Great, fast service and my door works like new. Easy to schedule and came out same day on Saturday. Technician was friendly and knowledgeable and explained everything thoroughly. I found one of the old bolts to the ORB on my garage floor afterward so my only critique would be to be more cautious of that to prevent flat tires. Thank you for the great experience!

Chad Martin was our technician and arrived promptly at 8AM Saturday morning,10-11-25. He was very pleasant, professional, and open to us communicating our concerns. He did not rush through or brush off our questions. Our garage door is 31 years old and needed some attention. He explained each process of him diagnosing the problem and presented our options. He was not pushy with the sales process but offered real solutions to our concerns and my wife's many questions. We feel that the services Chad provided will benefit us for many years to come.
