Two of the springs on our garage door broke over Labor Day weekend. I called and scheduled an appointment for Tuesday, as we did not need it repaired over the weekend. The lady who answered the phone was friendly and helpful! Our appointment was scheduled between 8:00-12:00 on Tuesday. I received a text message from our technician, Chad, around 8:30. He said he would be there within 30 minutes and he was. Chad was very friendly, knowledgeable, and repaired our door quickly. He even found out that our springs were under warranty, so that saved me a ton! I mean, Chad is from the Pittsburgh area like us, so of course he was amazing. Go Steelers!

Our garage door spring broke yesterday afternoon. I called Precision to set up an appointment and they said they could come that evening. No thanks. Early morning was fine. Chad got here early, knew what the problem was as our spring is enclosed and the problem was hidden. Had the replacement materials on his truck. And, very efficiently and methodically, he was done within sn hour. We have used Precision before both in Jacksonville and elsewhere. I highly recommend them for your garage service needs.

I was hearing awful noise when when garage door was opened or closed. Dalton came and added plastic tubes around the roller shafts. Now I am enjoying a lot quieter garage door.

Probably one of the most extraordinary responses by a company of any kind! It was a response more like a 911 call than a household repair company! I called them at 10am and I received a call from technician "Chad" in less than 10 minutes telling me he was on his way over! When Chad arrived, he quickly diagnosed the problem and showed me several options for repair. By lunchtime, Chad was done with the repair (spring replacement). Seemed a little pricey but they do honor military discount, and I did opt for the higher cost/more durable parts so the cost pill was a little easier to swallow. I would not hesitate to recommend this company and Chad for garage door repairs/installation.

We’ve used Precision in the past, so when the garage door wouldn’t open, Precision was called. Technician, Chad Martin, came shortly after the service request was made. He evaluated the situation and quickly determined what needed to be done, and gave a written estimate. He proceeded to change the springs, the 2 end bearing plates and flanged ball bearing.
