Great, fast service and my door works like new. Easy to schedule and came out same day on Saturday. Technician was friendly and knowledgeable and explained everything thoroughly. I found one of the old bolts to the ORB on my garage floor afterward so my only critique would be to be more cautious of that to prevent flat tires. Thank you for the great experience!

Chad came out on a Saturday morning, quickly diagnosed the issue with my garage door, and had it fully repaired in no time. He was professional, courteous, and incredibly knowledgeable. He even took the time to leave me with a couple of helpful tips to care for the door’s components and extend the overall life of the system. Precision absolutely met and exceeded my expectations. Chad Martin was our technician and arrived promptly at 8AM Saturday morning,10-11-25. He was very pleasant, professional, and open to us communicating our concerns. He did not rush through or brush off our questions. Our garage door is 31 years old and needed some attention. He explained each process of him diagnosing the problem and presented our options. He was not pushy with the sales process but offered real solutions to our concerns and my wife's many questions. We feel that the services Chad provided will benefit us for many years to come. My wife was exceptionally pleased with his patience with her questions and getting her WIFI set up on her iPhone and car. Thank you for such great service Chad.
