We’ve used Precision in the past, so when the garage door wouldn’t open, Precision was called. Technician, Chad Martin, came shortly after the service request was made. He evaluated the situation and quickly determined what needed to be done, and gave a written estimate. He proceeded to change the springs, the 2 end bearing plates and flanged ball bearing. He tested the door up and down and balance, lubed everything. Chad was professional and he answered my questions. Job well done. Thank you.

Great technicians, awesome service. This is the third time I've used Precision Garage Door Service in the last few years, a very reputable company. The office personnel and their techs go out of their way to ensure your total satisfaction from start to finish. Today, I had the pleasure of speaking to Daphne which quickly took my information and concerns and dispatched Chad to troubleshoot and fix the problem with my garage door opener. Chad and Dalton did a great job replacing my old Genie garage door opener with a brand new Liftmaster 6690L. They did it in just over an hour, were very professional and absolutely valued and understood what I wanted to accomplish. They went above and beyond in doing that and I really appreciate it.

I called at 9pm due to sudden garage door spring break and my car stuck inside garage. Staff were responsive on phone. Technician Chad called me at 7:45 to say he was on the way. Precision Garage Door is the only company I will use for any problem with my garage door. They are prompt in honoring the time frame for the service call. Chad was the technician who serviced my door and he was efficient, explaining the problem and giving me options for the best solution but never pressuring me one way or the other. Very personable. My garage doors were over 21 years old and we had been having some issues with one of them. Hayden came out and assess the problem but with the units being over 20 years old replacing parts was not something I wanted to do, so Hayden gave me some options of going with a new unit and short time frame it would take him to install it. After replacing the old units we are happier with how much quieter and faster the new units are.

The garage door and installation went great. The partial financing we did was and still is a disaster. The technician and office manager (Michelle) said it was 12 months no interest. I received a call from a rude lady stating we had not responded to her emails to sign the financing paperwork. In reviewing the emails, this email was sent in a "NO-REPLY" email. When we reviewed the document it said 6 months no interest. The finance company and Precision point the finger at the each other. "We can't change it, they have to". When I reached out to Precision today, they told me I selected the 6 months option on the initial application, which is not true, the only fields to be completed are demographics. Since that didn't work, they referred me back to the finance company. Today they said Accounting was the only one that could help, pointing in a new direction. Of course, I could not speak to anyone, guess they need time to look for someone else to point the finger at.
