HASSLES OVER WARRANTY. The motor unit failed while door was opening. Spoke to their warranty dept, ensured it was under warranty ("yes, it's the whole unit attached to the ceiling we'll replace" - her words.) tech comes out next day and plays semantics about motor, motorhead, etc. Make calls, comes back, makes more calls. Even though they know what equipment I have and what the problem was, didn't have proper parts to do fix. Not happy. Maybe they should take part of their advertising budget and fund their warranty obligations, and they won't have to nickel and dime customers so much.

I could not get the remote to close my garage door, it would open, just not close the door. We called your business and a couple hours later, a technician arrived and fixed the problem The garage door was still under warranty and so there was no charge for the service call.
