My 16 year old garage door opener finally needed to be replaced. The process to schedule an appointment online and to receive texts with updates including a photo of my technician was great. Connor B arrived on time and was very polite. He quickly accessed the situation and we discussed possible solutions. He got my new opener up in no time. He also inspected my door and made adjustments and added lubricants. He made sure to clean up the area when done and advised me of what future issues that need to be addressed with my door. Such a great representation of your company by your technician. Great job.

I had a broken spring that took out my door functionality. I scheduled online, they came out the next morning. Connor was fantastic from start to finish, he explained everything, gave me options, and they offer Military and First Responders discounts as well. By the time it was said and done, I had ALL new hardware, instead of one overloaded spring that was the original spring, he added two efficient springs and adjusted my opener while he was at it. He was very meticulous, it made a slight sound coming down and he made some adjustments and made certain it was a quiet and smooth operation before he left. The door has never been more quiet and smooth, you can barely hear it. Overall experience was top shelf, it was the best experience you could want when having work done. Prices are VERY reasonable and they offer a couple types of financing if you decide to go that route. We have a separate garage out back that is going to get a door and tracks put in soon and I will be scheduling Precision to come do that work also. Whole process start to be finish was easy to book, fast completion, and outstanding service. Thanks Connor and Precision.

Great experience during an unfortunate situation. I only selected position because of the Google reviews. I believe you get what you pay for. It was easy to obtain & schedule an appointment for the date and time that I needed. Carter was my technician. He was absolutely amazing. Carter was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. He was detailed in his estimate and provided me with a few options to choose from. He didn’t pressure me to make a decision or choose a particular option.
