I had a broken spring that took out my door functionality. I scheduled online, they came out the next morning. Connor was fantastic from start to finish, he explained everything, gave me options, and they offer Military and First Responders discounts as well. By the time it was said and done, I had ALL new hardware, instead of one overloaded spring that was the original spring, he added two efficient springs and adjusted my opener while he was at it. He was very meticulous, it made a slight sound coming down and he made some adjustments and made certain it was a quiet and smooth operation before he left. The door has never been more quiet and smooth, you can barely hear it. Overall experience was top shelf, it was the best experience you could want when having work done. Prices are VERY reasonable and they offer a couple types of financing if you decide to go that route. We have a separate garage out back that is going to get a door and tracks put in soon and I will be scheduling Precision to come do that work also. Whole process start to be finish was easy to book, fast completion, and outstanding service. Thanks Connor and Precision.

It was easy to obtain & schedule an appointment for the date and time that I needed. Carter was my technician. He was absolutely amazing. Carter was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Cameron was very nice, but I think I got ripped off. New garage door was installed about 2 years ago due to a house fire. The garage door was not shutting properly, and he mentioned the weight of the door and the motor. Said I had a quarter motor not the standard 325 motor. He recommended replacing the bar at the very top of the garage door. Cost me nearly $3000 when a new HP motor would have only been around $1100,, but I’m no expert, and I trusted what he was saying.

Technician showed up on time. Technician called in advance to inform me of arrival time. He give me a review of what garage door opener that we're available for my door. I made the selection and he installed opener explained and showed me how it worked and how to program additional devices should I wanted to add. Technician then cleaned up debris and asked if there was anything else I needed. I am extremely satisfied with his installation work and highly recommend Precision Garage Door Service.
