Service was prompt, then swift and professional! Hunter was awesome, explained what absolutely need to be replaced and what was worn but could wait. Cost was spelled out up front. I scheduled Precision for a 2nd spring estimate. I had used them in South Florida before moving to Fernandina Beach. Our technician, Andrew arrived early in the time window, called me when he was on the way and provided excellent service. Andrew was professional and knowledgeable . He replaced the springs on our main garage, as well as checking the overall workings. The door is working great. I highly recommend Precision and was very impressed with our service tech, Andrew.

Dalton helped us out with a malfunctioning pair of garage doors and we couldn’t be more pleased. He was friendly, professional, and diagnosed the issues quickly. Dalton explained the potential solutions clearly and then got to work to address the problems. All work done quickly and all materials were tidied up. The doors now work as they should and with a minimum of hassle. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Dalton and Precision.
