I called Precision around 3pm after noticing I had 3 or 4 failed/broken hinges on my garage door and was afraid someone was going to get hurt if it was operated again. Riley and Andrew arrived within 2 hours of my call and replaced all of my old plastic hinges and my rollers with heavy duty parts. Both of these technicians were very professional, courteous and knowledgeable. I couldn't have asked for better service. Thanks guys!

First of all as I have stated before, Precision Garage Door is the only company in Jacksonville I have had 100% success with. That being said on this latest repair in the beginning I thought I could have gotten the work done cheaper but after the technician finished I was satisfied that I had used Precision again. There was a lot of work done and the Technician did an excellent job. Sorry, forgot his name.

You definitely saved the day for me, my garage door was acting totally possessed going up and down for nearly 2 days straight by itself, called you after realizing it was a real issue, and you sent one of the nicest people l have ever had come out to my home, named Hayden, he knew right away what was wrong, explained everything that was wrong, and thoroughly how to use all the equipment he installed, and was able to give me a discount coupon and very reasonable price, with a fantastic warranty, l would recommend him to anyone who is having a hard time with their garage door! Very professional. Received a call immediately after my online request for service. Appointment available that day (Sunday) with no additional charge for weekend. Tech, Ray Gonzalez, was incredible. Pointed out a couple of extra things that needed to be taken care of and although it added to the final invoice, I won't have to be concerned about future parts failure that could have resulted in damage to my door. Precision Garage Door is the only company I will use for any problem with my garage door. They are prompt in honoring the time frame for the service call. Chad was the technician who serviced my door and he was efficient, explaining the problem and giving me options for the best solution but never pressuring me one way or the other. Very personable. He replaced my keypad too and helped me reset the code, etc. Highly recommended by me.

Appointment was scheduled promptly. Noah called to let me know when he was on his way during the scheduled timeframe. He was very knowledgeable and diagnosed several issues. There was no pressure to buy products - he presented what was needed and what could wait if preferred. He resolved all concerns and was very professional. I appreciated his thoroughness in ensuring all remotes, wall unit and keyless entry were connected and functioning. Definitely went above and beyond. Highly recommend!

My service was excellent! There was a little problem with the address (there are two homes in the community with the same address numbers). The office and technical called to get the correct address and everything went perfectly after that. The Technican (Ron)answered all of my questions and helped me change my code.

Lift cable on my double-door garage disconnected and needed repair. I had not used PRECISION Service before, but did have their number in my files as a source I planned on using at one point or another for a tune-up on my doors; this repair gave me reason to call PRECISION. Everything went very smoothly from initial call with AVA who was helpful & thorough to actual service. I was offered same day, within hours, appointment with Technician: NATE LEWIS who came to house within couple hours; I appreciated the follow-up status calls from both office & Tech. and the fact I was sent a Employee picture also, so I would recognize who was knocking at my door! Nate evaluated the problem and gave me the cost & solution to fix. I will say that in these days, I did find the cost to repair "reasonable" and also added the $49.99 'Tune Up" on my single garage door, so overall price was still reasonable. Nate was very personable, polite and thorough with his info and the repair. He did point out potential service that may be needed in future due to age of garage doors, but was not "pushy'; we agreed that those items could hold for now till another day - he actually made a paperless check-list of future items he noted and said it would be placed in my service file for future reference if needed - and when the time comes, I will be glad to call Precision.

The wiring work I needed done was done well. I believe the service man "up-sold" me a bunch of other stuff I didn't request (Mostly maintenance stuff), but I would have appreciated knowing about it and being given the chance to say "yes" or "no" ahead of it being added to the work. I had asked about a new remote. He added one to the invoice, but did say I could reject it if I wanted. I kept it.
