Outstanding, professional service and installation of our garage door. Ronny removed and replaced our aging, broken, rusty, nonworking garage door and we couldn’t be more pleased. My husband was in awe of his skills and quick, professional work. My husband will highly recommend the services provided by Ronny through this company. He worked during a day that we experienced severe heat warnings and completed everything in a timely manner. And, he cleaned up after all the work was done. Five stars are not enough for this professional garage door installer.

Winston came out quickly, assessed the issue, gave us a quote and made the necessary repairs in the blink of an eye!! He had a great personality, was very willing and overly knowledgeable. Technician was courteous and very pleasant but garage door had the same issues the next day. After paying over $800 to get it fixed they tell me it will be another 185 to come back out. Do not recommend them at all.

Chad was just great! He was prompt and worked as quickly as possible, answering each of my questions with knowledge and patience. Not only did he repair my garage door, but also he was extremely pleasant and shared a bit about himself and his family with me. Although it’s always hard to suddenly have to pay some bill you weren’t expecting, he made it as painless as he could.

Had a spring break first thing this morning. Called Precision and they where out by 10 AM. When the spring broke it jacked up the shuttle on the old bolt drive system I had. We kicked around some options and I decided to upgrade to a belt drive opener. I can't believe the night and day on how quiet the new opener is. Installer put in new springs, new opener, re-wired it all and made sure all my remotes worked with the new unit in no time. It would have taken me all day! Do your self a favor and don't waste time calling some call center and hopefully you get someone who knows what they are doing, just call Precision and it will be done right, thanks again.

I called precision garage on Monday, August 17, 2026. They told me that they could schedule me that day between two and six Dalton arrived precisely at 2 o’clock. He was very professional answered all my questions about my problem with the Garage door he also recommended that I put a key lock in so that I could get into my garage. Should the electric,go out so we also did that and then he was also very informative to let me know that the person who installed my motor for my garage door did not put in the right spring so he was also very helpful to do that and,make sure that my garage motor would last longer and that it was easy for me to lift the door in the future. I would strongly recommend precision, garage door services, and I will always call them in the future to help me with any issues that I may have.
