Two of the springs on our garage door broke over Labor Day weekend. I called and scheduled an appointment for Tuesday, as we did not need it repaired over the weekend. The lady who answered the phone was friendly and helpful! Our appointment was scheduled between 8:00-12:00 on Tuesday. I received a text message from our technician, Chad, around 8:30. He said he would be there within 30 minutes and he was. Chad was very friendly, knowledgeable, and repaired our door quickly. He even found out that our springs were under warranty, so that saved me a ton! I mean, Chad is from the Pittsburgh area like us, so of course he was amazing. Go Steelers!

Our genie garage door system busted a spring at 4pm. We called Precision and they scheduled us technician who was already on a job for later that evening. Billy showed up immediately following the job he just finished and we couldn’t have been happier with the service. He was extremely professional, polite, and efficient- especially considering he finished replacing our lift system late that night. Highest recommendation for service and Billy was the best!

Drew did a great job, really happy with the quality and time spent making sure everything was as it should be. My door was terribly loud and the motor had electrical issues, was able to get it replaced at a reasonable price, with a warranty, and replaced my metal rollers with nylon rollers making the sound the door used to make night and day with what it sounds like now.

I had a short notice request for a technician to come and check the balance of my garage door to see if it was causing issues with my garage door opener working properly. Customer service was extremely helpful and scheduled an appointment within the next four hours after my call. Approximately an hour later, the technician, Mr. Gordon Thompson arrived, quickly assessed the issue with the garage door springs, made some adjustments to the springs and I was back in business. Mr. Thompson was very professional, accurate in his assessment of the problem and rectified the issue in an efficient manner within minutes. Price for the service was reasonable and well worth it and allowed me to complete my self- installation of the new garage door opener. Gordon also provided safety info and maintenance hints to ensure my door keeps operational and safe for present and future use. Precision Garage quality service and parts has kept my garage door (original door from 2004) working well past and expected life cycle for a garage door. Keep up the great work!

A lightning strike fried my garage door opener on the Sunday of Labor Day weekend. Just for the heck of it, I called their number and was shocked when a lady answered. When I told her that, she told me they are a 24/7 company. When I told her what my issue was, she told me she could get someone to my house that day. Within 45 minutes, Jeff was at my house. He diagnosed the problem to ensure it wasn't something simple, which unfortunately it wasn't. Jeff had everything replaced and operable in about two hours. AWESOME service.

Noah the technician called that he was on his way, we discussed everything that needed to be done and explained that he would check to make sure there was nothing else that would need to be replaced which he explained it all, and there were a couple of other issues that needed to be addressed. So all the work that was done was approved and it was completed. Everything now operates as it should it's quieter and I completely satisfied. Price was reasonable considering everything that needed to be replaced and fixed. Thank you Noah and precision garage door.

Chad was great did efficient good work and fixed it on a Saturday night over Labor Day weekend. Like with anything of this matter unless you're an expert I would go ahead and make sure you've done a little due diligence, gotten another quote first, otherwise you're kind of flying blind and you will be overcharged. But that probably applies to anything you buy these days.
