Service was a 5+ from start to finish.I recieved a quick appoinment. Cameron the tech was wonderful from start to finish. Evaluated the problem. The garage opener needed to be replaced. He explained every step of the process.He was friendly and courteous. He hauled away all of the old materials. After installation he explained and demonstrated the system plus my new key pads. He programed my car opener for me as well. Overall I thought the experience was exceptional.

Hayden the technician did an absolute amazing job. Diagnosed the problem with our panel quickly, and repaired. Hayden also did a general check of the motor, cleans out the motor area, greased all the hinges for the garage door. He also repaired some exposed wires on the sensors. Hayden is very professional.

Kyle Daley came out in about two hours to do the repair. He was very professional and knew his job well. He explained everything that needed to be done. Kyle was very courteous and respectful. Precision Door service installed a new door opener for my mother about 2 years ago and she has been very satisfied with the work and opener. I made an appointment online to have my spring system replaced due to age and it was making unusual noises. Tim Van Buren was my technician and he was great. He actually called and gave me a heads up when he would be arriving, he was able to work with my budget and installed a new spring system with a warranty that works awesome now. He finished the entire job including removing all old parts before the quoted time which was very much appreciated.

We called this morning to setup an appointment to have the garage door checked over as it had started to make noises. A service tech, Conor, was able to come out the same afternoon. Conor was a true professional. He listened to our concerns and then looked everything over. He replaced the old rollers with new nylon rollers at a competitive price. He lubricated everything. We now have a smooth, quiet door! He pointed out that in the near future the next thing we maybe looking to consider was changing the cable pulley bearings. So we asked for an estimate which he gave us. We will be a returning customer. Thank you.

Needed a new garage door keypad. Called Precision Garage Door. The next day the tech called when he was on the way and arrived on time. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. He replaced the opener and also lubricated and inspected the door. He made recommendations on things that we might need in the future. Nic was very informative, kind, thoughtful and professional. He lubricated my doors made proper adjustments and showed operation and maintenance. He even showed me the type of battery in my remotes. There are not many like him! Please consider giving him a big raise. He even talked about AC&DC motors with the different models. This is the truth. This is not fake. Please consider his future. I usually don’t comment, but he is worth it!

My garge door became inoperable due to a broken spring. I contacted Precision and scheduled a repair. The technician, Dalton, arrived on time after notifying me that he was on the way. The door was assessed and an estimate for the repair was provided. Dalton explained the repair, the prices for the parts and added a few suggestions. All needed parts were available on the service vehicle. There was no high pressure salesmanship and the repairs were completed in under an hour. Dalton obviously knows his business, was professional, respectful, and friendly. This was an outstanding experience. I highly recommend Precision Garage Doors, and Dalton. I will use this company for any future door repairs or replacements.
