Wow! Called on Sunday night for a non-emergency repair & they were here first thing Monday morning! Immediate professional confirmation via text of the appointment once it was set & tech texted me 30 minutes prior to arriving. Excellent, professional, friendly service. Early Sunday morning I tried to exit my garage but was unable to lift the garage door. The huge spring over the door had broken. A professional garage door technician was at my home by noon and everything was fixed by 2:30. Before payment I was given an itemized statement of what would be done what it would cost as well as warranty information.

I replaced my builder-supplied garage door years ago with a Precision garage door. The efficiency, protection, and appearance of the door was pleasing to me. I have gotten many comments on the quiet operation of the door. I recently lost the garage door openers and called Precision immediately. Their speed, courtesy, and effectiveness in solving my problem was impressive. They not only got me back out on the road with new openers, they were kind enough to perform a few basic maintenance tasks while they were there. I am most pleased with and grateful for their assistance.

I am preparing my house to sell and wouldn’t you know, my garage door lock and handle blew up today. My door is manual with a tee handle and lock combo. I called several places today and Precision was the only one to schedule me for today. I received a pre-visit call from Chad letting me know his arrival time. I could go on but let’s just say he exceeded my expectations and got the parts delivered while he waited. The new lock works great, I am very pleased with chad’s service. As an aside I do have one issue. While perusing their website I found a 10% discount that I wasn’t made aware of. Sure wish I had the discount applied.
