Review: We highly recommend Precision Garage Door. Our door was very noisy and since it was over 20 years old it was time for replacement. Extremely quick service. Noah arrived on time and quickly assessed the entire door system. He was very personable and made the correct recommendations. Bad news first, the service to replace the door safety sensors was way over priced. The good news is the technician was very polite and pleasant to work with. However it took him less than 10 minutes to replace the sensors and it cost me over $500.00 to complete the work. Ultimately I approved the work so shame on me. In the future I'll look first to different company.

I've used your company in the past which I was very satisfied with the quick responds and service that I had done. Which this time it was not just one major problem (garage door would not open) but it was other problems that needed to be replaced/updated sine my whole inside door unit was installed in the year 2001 when this house was first build. The service person who came out to check-out way it would not open noticed that he could do a quick fix to make it work again "but" it was going to happen again. Which he suggested that the "whole" complete operating system needed to be replaced in order to update with a "life time warranty system plus it would be transferable" if we would sell our house. P.S.! All this work was done on Saturday (weekend). Good job and service !!!!!

Your tech Tybius is a very impressive young man. He is excellent at what he does and is an outstanding representative for the superiority of your company over the competition. I am 89 years old and I have owned businesses and held high level management positions in a number of major insurance companies including president of one. I have hired many people and selected many to assume advancement within the company. If Tybius worked for me his file would definitely be marked "potential for a future management position". Chad Martin was our technician and arrived promptly at 8AM Saturday morning,10-11-25. He was very pleasant, professional, and open to us communicating our concerns. He did not rush through or brush off our questions. Our garage door is 31 years old and needed some attention. He explained each process of him diagnosing the problem and presented our options. He was not pushy with the sales process but offered real solutions to our concerns and my wife's many questions. We feel that the services Chad provided will benefit us for many years to come. I am so happy with Precision Garage door service. Justin and Dalton were great. I backed into my garage door before it was totally opened. They came the same day and were able to fix it at minimal cost to me. Fortunately Precision had fixed my garage door a month earlier. At that time they advised me to replace spring system. My home is fairly new and the builder’s spring system was not high quality. The new spring system prevented major damage. They even reattached the clips on my car that came loose from me hitting the garage door. That saved me a trip to the dealership. I highly recommend Precision Door!!!
