I called this garage service because we couldn’t open the door. They came out quickly. They had 3 tiers for pricing. I was told they needed to replace the spring. It was an emergency situation because I needed to get the car out to go to work. The first price was 2400.00, then the second price was 1750.00 with a veterans discount. I had no idea it could cost this much. My neighbor paid 600.00 for the same problem. We didn’t know this until later. I researched later and several companies were fixing same thing for 300.00. I could have gotten a new garage door for 1400.00. Beware of this company taking advantage of seniors. I don’t know they got these good reviews with this kind of service.

This was not the first time I have used Precision. They are my go-to garage door company. I called on a Sunday morning and the service technician (sorry I didn't get his name) arrived within an hour - very impressive for a Sunday morning. He was courteous and polite. Made the appointment on a Monday, and they were able to come out the very next day. They were fair, told us exactly what needed to be fixed, gave us options, and they repaired the damage extremely efficiently. They were very knowledgeable about the situation, and offered some solutions for us as well. We are beyond impressed with the outcome; way better than expected, and we are so pleased with how everything turned out. I called Precision around 3pm after noticing I had 3 or 4 failed/broken hinges on my garage door and was afraid someone was going to get hurt if it was operated again. Riley and Andrew arrived within 2 hours of my call and replaced all of my old plastic hinges and my rollers with heavy duty parts. Both of these technicians were very professional, courteous and knowledgeable. I couldn't have asked for better service. Thanks guys!
