Riley showed up on time and was extremely knowledgeable about anything and everything to do with garage doors and their operation. He even went out of his way to point out some small things my prior vendor could have done little better to help with the efficiency of my door and opener operation. He corrected those items after installing my new springs without me asking him to do so. While I paid a little more than I had with prior vendors ( you get what you pay for applies here) I'm more than satisfied with the quality of the parts and labor. If all of the techs are like Riley you'll be glad you called. No problem recommending them to anyone .

Precision installed my garage door and opener about 10 years ago. When I went to change the battery (for the first time in those 10 years!) the pole of the 9 volt battery had corroded and stuck, so I had to have a new keypad ( that uses AA, so I won't have the sticking problem again). Making an appointment was fast and easy. Riley came the next day, called before he came, and was fast, courteous and efficient. He inspected the opener and lubricated the door track for me. Even after 10 years, my garage door is ridiculously quiet and works perfectly. When that changes, I will definitely be calling Precision for replacement.

Service exceeded my expectations.Technician Riley arrived slightly ahead of designated appointment time. Riley listened to my three concerns, explained his suggested approach to correction of my issues and proceeded. Work was successfully completed within a very reasonable time and the cost exactly what he presented prior to starting work. Riley was courteous, clean, very well spoken, had the needed parts on his van, explained what he was doing, suggested what I should be doing to help prevent further breakdowns and cleaned up. Explained the problem Existing unit was broken, needed to be replaced Riley said I need a new motor. (I was thinking when I should set a date for a new motor) I HEAR Riley say, "I have everything in the van. And he said, "I'll print you a quote" Saw the quote, said "yes" 3 hours later, have a new motor, Riley is heading home.

The two young men arrived sooner than expected -- after calling to ask if it was okay. Both were friendly, respectful, and helpful. They worked efficiently and patiently answered several questions about my door and remote-entry system.
