My husband and I greatly appreciated how quickly your company sent a technician to our home. Our technician, Riley, was very professional, very knowledgeable, and very courteous. He took time to explain, in terms I could understand, about the mechanics of the system, what was wrong with our old system, and what was needed to repair. The information he provided was thorough and helped my husband and I to determine what was best for us, and for our home. Yesterday, as I attempted to raise the garage door to go out for some yard work, the door opened only a few inches. After trying to find the problem, I noticed the slack lifting cables on both sides of the door, just as it began to rain. Although I had never used Precision Garage Door Service before, I knew of their good reputation, and the company's technician, Riley Holloway-Heim, proved I made a good decision. I called after 6pm on Tuesday and had my garage door fixed on Wednesday. Fast reliable service. Riley was our technician he explained everything very well and didn't push anything on us. He was very polite, honest and respectful of our property. He paid attention to detail and made sure everything was in working order. We had new springs and a new garage door opener installed.

My garage door is from Precision. When I first moved into my house 12 years ago I calledPrecision and they sent a technicianright out and replaced the faulty motor. Another time I couldn’t get the door closed. I called Precision and they immediately came out and fixed the problem which was An electrical wires to the sensors. Yesterday I called because my garage door had gotten so loud and opening and closing. A technician was sent out immediately and serviced the motor and the coils. Riley, the technician, was very knowledgeable about the system. I will continue to use your company!
