I called this garage service because we couldn’t open the door. They came out quickly. They had 3 tiers for pricing. I was told they needed to replace the spring. It was an emergency situation because I needed to get the car out to go to work. The first price was 2400.00, then the second price was 1750.00 with a veterans discount. I had no idea it could cost this much. My neighbor paid 600.00 for the same problem. We didn’t know this until later. I researched later and several companies were fixing same thing for 300.00. I could have gotten a new garage door for 1400.00. Beware of this company taking advantage of seniors. I don’t know they got these good reviews with this kind of service.

Made the appointment on a Monday, and they were able to come out the very next day. I called Precision around 3pm after noticing I had 3 or 4 failed/broken hinges on my garage door and was afraid someone was going to get hurt if it was operated again.
