Our garage door was not opening, was able to schedule an appointment Sunday afternoon online. Precision was out early Monday morning, they were able to figure out the problem and get it fixed all before 11am. They were super professional and friendly.

I was unsure if I needed to replace my garage door opener so I called Precision to see if they could assist. Not only did they provide same-say service but they sent out a technician earlier than what I was expecting for the window I was told. When the technician arrived on site he was helpful, courteous, not overly pushy and generally seemed to want the best for us. After talking, we decided to get a new garage door opener and were more than happy with the service and quality. We learned about the company through word of mouth and am so glad we did. Primary issue were panels buckling when opening & closing garage door. Spring, rollers & hinges were replaced as well as adding strut to support the panels. Kyle did a great job, was very friendly and always informing me well about what was going on.

Precision came out to service our garage door and replace broken springs. Kyle was helpful in pointing out other potential future issues and were great in explaining what needed to be done and why. Friendly with great communication. Kyle ended up replacing rollers and bearings, a broken hinge and the bottom seal. All likely long overdue. Great work and prompt service!
