Technician Colton Coffell corrected our issue yesterday by re-aligning our safety eyes, recoding our remotes and helping us to change our pin pad batteries. This is the only company that I have ever utilized for any type of repair that provides a photo of the person who will be coming to perform the service and updates you via e-mail, etc. regarding their actual arrival time.
