Always gives us excellent service and prices are reasonable and not very expensive! Carlos gave excellent customer service!! We had a garage pad replaced and it had been installed since 2017 and never had to even replace the battery! The battery holder was worn when looked at by the tech. So we decided to upgrade the panel. Carlos did a great job and very friendly and knowledgeable! We have. Even using Precision Gatafe for some years now.

I loved how quickly they responded on a Sunday night to scheduling and appointment and was able to accommodate me the very next morning. My service technician was very friendly and thorough. I had used this company probably 16 years prior to this on our old house in Duval County. I would definitely use them again!!!!

Our garage door wasn’t responding correctly when using the remote from the car nor from our unit in the garage late in the afternoon, after hours. I read reviews online for multiple companies and decided to use Precision based on the many positive comments. Even though they were closed I received a response almost immediately informing me a technician would be at the house by 8pm. Colton arrived less than an hour after I left my message. My husband and I were impressed by the timely response and arrival of Colton. He is a very knowledgeable and professional technician who explained everything he was changing/updating in a manner I was able to understand. The Genie Safety Eyes needed to be replaced. I was also pleased by the cost, I was expecting a much higher bill. I would highly recommend Precision for all your garage door needs. Great business with great employees!

A precision technician was servicing a neighbor's garage door. I had to same tech stop & service our door. With an opener destroyed by a lightening storm I called Precision again because of the quality of the tech from a few years back. Another tech this time but, the same outstanding service. Precision is a perfect name for this company!!! We called this morning and had an appt. Later in the day! That never happens anywhere! The lady who took our call was so awesome. She laughed with us as we cut up and it was nice to have someone who didn’t make you feel like your were bothering them. Technician timely, professional, respectful, asked good questions and answered. Very nice well mannered, knowledgeable. Even the service truck was clean and professional! We are so happy to have the garage door work beautifully and even my wife can open it if emergencywhich we’ve never been able to do. We are telling our friends about the company too! From first contacting you a few days ago through the service being completed today we were very satisfied with the work completed. The person that took my call on Wednesday was courteous and asked all the right questions. We even had the opportunity to have service on that day. We opted for a few days later. Colton was knowledgeable, professional, efficient and courteous. As soon as he started the project you could tell Colton "knew his stuff". He did a great job and we are very pleased. Initially we were looking for roller replacement and weather stripping replacement. He also found a frayed cable which obviously had to be replaced too. Friday evening the garage door spring broke in half. Saw several ads for precision. Checked their reviews, which were 5 stars. Went on line and scheduled afternoon appt for the next day (Saturday). They showed up on time. Evaluated what needed to be done to fix garage door for optimum service. Price was reasonable. Technician explained everything needed in detail and why needed. Very polite and courteous. Would recommend to friends and family.

Needed a new garage door keypad. Called Precision Garage Door. The next day the tech called when he was on the way and arrived on time. He was very friendly and knowledgeable.
