My father in law recommended this company after he replaced the door coil spring. Riley did an excellent job of listening, troubleshooting, and maintaining the door. Afterwards we took the time to quote replacing the underrated springs and chain.

Noah was the Precision technician who came to my home at my request to assess the condition of my garage door. He was highly competent and professional going the extra mile to provide excellent customer service with the installation of a new motor, springs and other elements as part of a comprehensive replacement of those elements. He especially went out of his way to give me a very fair price and because of that fair approach, I purchased a new motor, springs etc. Noah is an exemplary employee who reflects so well on your company. Very pleased with the service I received from Precision Garage Door Service of Jacksonville! I spoke directly with the manager when making my appointment today; she was very courteous and helpful, dispatching a technician immediately. The technician gave a courtesy call with his ETA. He arrived and promptly assessed the situation, giving a quote and explaining the work that was needed. When he encountered another unexpected issue, he gave all the pricing and product information so that I could make informed decisions, offering advice on what would be the best overall savings and investment in the long run. I ended up needing to replace not only the broken spring, but also worn cables, roller, and a shredded belt drive, all of which were in bad condition or inoperable. I was extremely satisfied with the work that was done, and my garage door is working better than ever now!! The tech was friendly, hard working, and did an excellent job!! He even gave tips on garage door maintenance that I did not know about and provided a bottle of the lubricant I would need for future maintenance. Thank you so much!! I will highly recommend this reputable company to anyone who needs garage door service, keep up the good work!!

Had an appt approx 6pm, the tech arrived and surveyed my concerns and give me recommendations. Showed me what needed to be done as an owner and when I should call in for safety and properly installation of garage door mechanical parts. He was very knowledgeable and provided the confidence I expect from a contractor. I will call precision within the next two years to replace my pulleys, cables, and bar as for it will be over 30 years of use. Thank you for not pushing immediate repair or replacement.

Made the call based on reviews and it started with Kate, she was polite was able to get my appointment set for a time that worked with my schedule. Then Charlie showed up in the time window that was scheduled, he was polite and professional. Carlie inspected and discovered the issue, quickly gave me a price and proceeded with the repair. Our garage door decided to start acting up on Sunday night - rather, it decided it would not close. Since Precision had done some work on it previously, I texted them late in the evening. Got a text back the next morning to schedule someone to come take a look later in the day. The tech called me when he was on his way to let me know his ETA was right on time! Unfortunately, I can't remember his name, (Nick maybe) but he was very friendly and told me what the problem was and even though I opted not to have it repaired by Precision, he continued to be kind and courteous. (Just so you know, the current issue had nothing to do with the repairs done by Precision previously.) Great customer service - I highly recommend if you happen to need help with your garage door!

Kyle came to fix a problem I had with the outside keypad and was very professional, patient, and extremely knowledgeable. Upon looking at the keypad, he found a couple major problems with the existing garage door. I was able to easily order a new door. Also, while he was here, a doorknob fell off the door leading into the garage. He immediately said a little screw was missing. He found one that fit and had the door working in less than 60 seconds. We needed to repair our garage door and opener . Hayden did a very thorough job . Everything is back to where it was 20 years sgo. This was an original Precision product and the repairs certainly were done well. The price was definitely more than we anticipated so caution should be exercised in making decisions.

Yesterday, as I attempted to raise the garage door to go out for some yard work, the door opened only a few inches. After trying to find the problem, I noticed the slack lifting cables on both sides of the door, just as it began to rain. Although I had never used Precision Garage Door Service before, I knew of their good reputation, and the company's technician, Riley Holloway-Heim, proved I made a good decision. Riley's work was quick, efficient, and professional. He was quite personable, and gave us a full explanation of the spring replacement and the estimate up front. He is exceptional at his job. I called Precision on a Saturday morning expecting to leave a voice message. I was surprised when a live person answered the phone and more surprised when they scheduled the service for the same day. Kalen arrived in the time slot promised, diagnosed the problem and gave me an estimate. He did everything quickly and professionally and explained how to use the new opener. He even took the time to program my car to the new unit - above and beyond!

I loved how quickly they responded on a Sunday night to scheduling and appointment and was able to accommodate me the very next morning. My service technician was very friendly and thorough. I had used this company probably 16 years prior to this on our old house in Duval County. I would definitely use them again!!!!
