Used the app to set up my appointment last night and they came this morning. Needed to replace my 20 year old opener and they had several options on the truck. Cameron the installer was very polite, explained options and did the installation and programming of all features in under 2 hours.

I’ve used Precision Garage Door Service twice now, and both experiences have been excellent—especially this most recent visit, which was an emergency. Their technicians are friendly, professional, and punctual. I really appreciate the text reminders and the photo of the technician sent ahead of scheduled appointments. This time, my garage door had been painted shut, and when I tried to open it after returning home, an internal component broke. Thankfully, Precision Garage responded quickly—even in the middle of a storm—and had my door fixed in no time. On both visits, the technicians took the time to lubricate the door as a courtesy and shared helpful advice on upkeep and maintenance to extend the life of my garage door and opener. Ron seemed to think of everything lubricating and providing a plan in case the paint on the inside of the rubber seal decided to stick again. I highly recommend Precision Garage Door Service for their reliability, expertise, and outstanding customer service.

A precision technician was servicing a neighbor's garage door. I had to same tech stop & service our door. I called after 6pm on Tuesday and had my garage door fixed on Wednesday. Fast reliable service. Riley was our technician he explained everything very well and didn't push anything on us. He was very polite, honest and respectful of our property. He paid attention to detail and made sure everything was in working order. We had new springs and a new garage door opener installed.

Our garage door spring snapped at the end of last week. Monday morning, I reached out to Precision Garage Door Service of Jacksonville after noticing their 2,000+ stellar reviews. The office staff was courteous and got us on the calendar for next-day service. They let us know when staff would arrive and how they would communicate. Tuesday morning, the technician (Hayden) reached out and provided ETA and arrived when he said he would. Within an hour or so, the spring and rollers were replaced and he was on his way. He was very knowledgeable and professional. We are very happy that we chose Precision.
