I can't speak highly enough about Precision Garage Door. Nor highly enough about Tim Van Vuren. We knew our system was on its last leg. So when Tim arrived. He said, "So what are we dealing with.?" I pushed the door opener and the motor completely took a crap. And pieces where falling off. I have to admit. As soon as he started talking. My first thought was, here comes the car salesman. And I said as much. But to my amazement. The whole experience was anything but. Our system was almost 15 years old. And I wanted something that would last just as long. I thought he was going to give us a quote. And then schedule for an install. But he came prepared to do the job. That speaks highly for Precision. Tim was Polite, Professional and extremely skilled. And it was his Birthday. I REALLY want customers to keep in mind that Precisions Technicians are EXTREMELY skilled. And it's "HOT" in that garage. Help keep them Hydrated. And if you have a fan, put it out there for them. They're coming to your rescue, in a time of need. Be courteous and helpful as well. I had several Companies that I could have chosen. And probably received the same service. But I'm VERY pleased that I called Precision. And would HIGHLY recommend them for all of your Garage Door issues. Thank again Tim. Much love and Respect. Cam was super awesome! He was super polite and kind, and we chatted a little bit about video games while he worked on my garage door! Was super fast, same day, and was able to replace my garage door opener with no issues. I really appreciate the five star service. No need to look anywhere else, these are your guys! Got a shout out my guy Korndog as well, He's one of the lead guys there and he is super kind and professional! In a world where so many things are so hit or miss, and you don't know what kind of level of service you're going to get when you call somebody out, it's nice to know that there's a place still that values customer service and putting the customer first. We've always used Precision Garage Door Service and have never had any issues. One thing I really appreciate is that they keep a complete history of our previous service visits, which makes future appointments so much easier. Our garage door started acting up yesterday, and I was able to book the next available technician. Billy Rose did a fantastic job! He replaced the sensor and the bottom brackets. After a thorough inspection, he also recommended replacing the worn foot drums and rollers which had never been replaced since we bought the house. He performed a complete maintenance check to ensure the springs and all the hardware were properly aligned and operating safely. Billy was professional, knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything. Thank you, Billy for the excellent service!!!

Noah came out to diagnose an unusual noise that started occurring when our garage door was closed. Noah determined that the issue was with the rollers, thoroughly explained the issue, and promptly installed new rollers and lubricated other parts of the garage door. He reset my remote to the motor and it started working. Sounds pretty simple, but it just wasn’t supposed to be, but he did not That’s what impressed me about Drew
