June/2022, Precision Doors installed 2 new Genie motors as well as all rails, and anything else need to do a complete install. Recently, one door started a clicking, and other made a jaring sound when opening. On 10/29, I called. Next appointment available was 10/30 , would not meet my schedule, so appointment made for 10/31, between 8-12. Later received note change to 8-10. At approximately 8:00, Tim the technician texted, and arrived at 8:27. 5 rating for punctuality He assessed my complaint and quickly started to determine problem. Explained in detail cost and how long job would take. 5 rating for professional Explanation Did not waste time and I was extremely satisfied. 5 rating for Satisfaction. If I owned a company, I would hire him. Precision Doors is fortunate to have a TOTALLY CUSTOMER FOCUSED employee. Thank you Walter 10/31/2024

I couldn't be happier with the service I received from Precision Door Service! I first called them a couple of years ago after we had moved into the area and I was so impressed that I saved them in my phone. When I needed a garage door company again, I called them right away and they were here sooner than I could've hoped for. Just like last time, they provided excellent service with a great attitude and an excellent value for high quality of work they delivered. Tim was my service representative and he was incredible! Tim the technician was on time. He was straight to the point. He tried to save us from purchasing a new garage door motor. He tried everything. He said that he didn’t feel comfortable leaving till we had a new door motor. He was happy to wait for an answer from my wife. We are on one income . I don’t work due to a life threatening injury. And he wait over an hour till my wife gave answer. She was at work. I felt bad that he had to wait with a trainee. But installed the new motor very professionally. And he answered my questions about the he was doing. I would recommend him to install stuff

My experience was 10/10. I knew we had a large repair so I wanted a garage door company that has been around for a long time and would be able to honor the parts & labor warranties, if need be, down the road. My technician was Tim and he was phenomenal! He was not only on time but called to let me know he was running early, was very professional, not pushy with upgrades and extremely helpful from beginning to the end. I highly recommend Precision Garage Door & Tim for their incredible customer service and workhorse product. Now I have a whisper quiet garage door- yay!

I had a new Genie motor installed today and additional parts that were needed as well for the garage door to operate correctly.My neighbor gave me the company name and number, and highly recommended them. The team was knowledgeable and efficient. They even saved my old unit in case I could resell parts/the unit. I heard a beeping the day after and thought it was a malfunction in the new unit. Turns out, my old unit’s battery was beeping after being disconnected. They came out and checked everything out anyway at no extra charge.

My 2 car wide garage door wedged in the tracks as it was closing. Turned out to be a broken steel cable. I called Precision asking for quick service at 9AM ... at 10 AM the tech (Tim Van Vuren) arrived and by 11 AM had done a GOLD PACKAGE HIGH CYCLE repair and 10 year warranty update to my 12 year old Garage door. Tim was efficient, highly skilled, courteous, professional, etc. As a retired field service technician, I recognized how really great Tim was. Everything he did was perfect. I could not be happier. Note: It was important to me that the door would reliably function as I am looking at having a health issue repaired and my wife would be depending on the garage door opening and closing reliably. Precision's technician (Tim) arrived to do an inspection and maintenance on the garage door. He was on time and professional. The house I bought is 12 years old and I was concerned about whether or not any maintenance had been done since built. He checked the door, keypad, and switches and made suggestions to cover my concerns. He was able to answer all my questions and pointed out what I can do to maintain good operation. I was very satisfied with his service and his knowledge. Overall Precision was quick to respond, fair in its price, and will be a valuable partner going forward.
