Prompt, friendly, knowledgeable. I couldn't be happier with the technician that came out to help us. First of all, I called and they came out the same day. The tech looked at the entire door and mechanism, not just what I called about. Rather than paying for the service call he recommended some other items that needed to be done and waived the service call fee. Work was done quickly but with enough care to walk me through all that was done and answer my questions on maintenance. He even helped me to program one of my cars that I was having trouble with. This wasn't just good for a garage service company, this was one of the best experiences i've had with any type of company. A++. Ownership should be proud to have someone with that service level representing their brand.

My garage door broke on a Sunday morning and I was stuck - who would be around on a Sunday? Precision answered the phone and had a repairman come out within a few hours. Kyle was professional and competent and fixed my door. I recommend this company.

Walter was my technician on 8/11/2025, whom I requested for service for a Genie coupler that was replaced in 5/2023. Walter is very professional and demonstrates honesty and integrity in recommending needed service and explains the needed repairs. He is loyal to his company and his superiors judging by our pleasant exchanges. I would rate Walter 5 STARS for his service! I question why the coupler needed to be replaced in 2 years at considerable expense to me. It appears that the springs replaced by a Precision technician in 2/2022 were not designed to handle the weight of my door. This in time affects the coupler, all reasonably logical. When Reggie, the technician replaced the broken springs in 2/2022 after 26 years of reliable service, he distinctly said when bringing in the new replacement springs, "These are NOT the springs I usually would install, but I don't have those on my truck now. But with your type of use, these should work for you." Rather than telling me that he would have to go to the shop and get the correct springs or make an appointment for the next day, HE made a CHOICE by telling me they should work and installed the springs. Given that my garage door is usually only opened and closed a few times a week, it's obvious that the springs installed should NOT have been installed. It was irresponsible and unprofessional. On a limited income, I had to replace a coupler and springs because of this Precision employee. AN

In the early evening my garage door suddenly failed with a loud clang and wouldn’t raise up. Called Precision immediately and they had a repairman out early the next day. The repairman called me with an estimated arrival time before showing up. After inspection he provided a list of everything that needed attention and was very clear that beyond a couple of critical items that needed to be fixed to bring the door back in service, he would do what I chose to have him address (no up-selling here). I ended up doing everything on the list anyway because my home is almost 30 years old and it was time for a major tune-up. I was very impressed with the company and the expertise and professionalism of the repairman. Highly recommended.

I didn’t consider using another service as I have used Precision previously and was completely satisfied. Today, I called Precision and the call was answered immediately by a human (no AI) and no lengthy menus. The technician arrived on-time and was extremely knowledgeable about garage doors and openers. Connor Brooks is absolutely a most professional, efficient, trustworthy, cordial, no-pressure, quality customer-service Technician!!! After replacing our 30+ year-old Genie, he did point out some parts were still operable but should think about replacing in time. Asking what he would recommend if it were HIS PARENTS' house, he did rank the most crucial issues planning to leave estimates for our review and consideration. Finally, we literally insisted he just do what needed doing. After Connor's review and price quotes, all crucial concerns were addressed and completed. Kudos to Precision for their safety nets by texting a photo of the technician and assuring he will be driving a well-marked Precision vehicle. I loved how quickly they responded on a Sunday night to scheduling and appointment and was able to accommodate me the very next morning. My service technician was very friendly and thorough.
