I was very impressed with your company. I called and you had someone out here within a little over an hour. Diagnosed my problem and fixed it. Your technicians were extremely nice, professional and knowledgeable.They Went out of their way to be helpful and to help me understand what was wrong. The technician who replaced my torsion springs was very professional, pleasant, and competent. My only complaint was the price I payed was about $300-400 too much. Over $1000 for two new torsion springs on a double car garage with a single door is pretty outrageous.

Your tech, was on time and very informative of my issue, (broken Spring) Andrew Butler went the EXTRA MILE to explain the complete repair process, and showed me how the spring was broken, I thought it was a programing issue. The job was done and completely tested for proper operation, professionally and very timely. If there were TEN rating Andrew would more then qualify for that rating.

From the call I made to precision garage doors this morning, to the technician who serviced my garage door, everything went perfectly. The representative on the phone was friendly and polite, we got my appointment scheduled quickly. in less than an hour from my original phone call, the technician was on his way. The young gentleman is polite, respectful, and friendly. He recommended what needs to be fixed with no pressure to add additional services. It is nice to have people who are working in your home, be mindful of your needs. that is rare today. I would recommend Precision Garage Door to anyone. THANK YOU!

I called Precision Garage Door Service because my door was not wanting to close after having been opened. It kept acting like something was obstructing closure. I had tried to troubleshoot the electronic beam but that wasn't the problem. I hoped it could be repaired.I called mid-morning and by very early afternoon technician Drew arrived at my house to begin his "investigation." He called ahead of time and arrived in a timely manner. He determined that the electronic panel was likely going bad. He was not trying to just make a sale. The door actually started to work again but there was no guarantee how long it would last. I was also unable to get it to stop mid-movement the way it was designed to operate so I decided to replace the opener with a new belt driven opener which is now operates significantly more smoothly and quietly. Drew did not pressure me or try to convince me to replace the garage door opener. He gave me feedback on his observations to help me make my own decision. He pointed out that the way the old chain was pulling might also be part of the problem. He also inspected the entire system and tightened some screws. He explained everything to me and answered all of my questions. Drew was polite, professional,considerate, and helpful. I have a junky garage and he was able to work around it while being careful and respectful of my property. I had used Precision for a successful repair back in 2019. Based on my favorable experience I highly recomment Precision.
