Put in a request at 3 am, and a service tech was at my home by 8:30 AM. Very Professional, and was transparent on what the issue was, and what was needed to correct the issue. Was in and out under 2 hours. Highly recommend this service to anyone who is have garage door issues!

I wish that I could remember the young man's name, but I can't. I will say that he was on time, and very courteous. (My dog liked him so that's a plus) he inspected the entire door system, told me what i needed to keep an eye out for and then replaced both springs on my garage door in about half the time he said it would take. I am very happy with the whole experience from the phone call to the van leaving my driveway it couldn't have been better. PS. I hope you can figure out who he was, he deserves a raise.

Drew B. was an outstanding technician. Very bright and courteous young man. Spring broke Sunday morning. Within 45 min they were at house to repair it. Approximately 30 min later he was done. NO extra cost for a Sunday repair. This is my second time using Precision and I will continue to do so.

Just wanted to thank you for the excellent service today. Your technician was very informative which means a lot to the senior community as we are on limited budgets. When asked for senior discounts, he was glad to oblige. He informed me that I could convert to belt driven from chain driven and keep my opener. Again means a lot when on a budget. I have been with you since before 2017 and plan to stay because of the service. Now days too many companies try to take advantage if us seniors, so thank you.

I contacted Precision because the garage door was not level when closed and the safety cables were frayed. Drew listened to my concerns, provided a quote and completed the job in a timely manner. Very expensive but this may be industry standard today. Noise from the garage door closing was reduced but the current garage door opener is loud still. The garage door itself is somewhat more balanced than before. I would recommend Drew for your garage door service.

Sunday appointment was between 8am and noon. Drew arrived at 8:10am, diagnosed the problem and replaced the opener, installed the codes in both cars and showed me how to install the App on my phone. Great job and couldn't be happier!

Our technician, Andrew arrived early in the time window, called me when he was on the way and provided excellent service. Andrew was professional and knowledgeable . A metal component near a vertical hinge had rusted through. I was concerned that I would have to replace the entire door. The Precision technician, Drew, arrived on time and quickly assessed the problem and informed me that it could be repaired. At my request he also provided me with estimates to replace the entire door and the garage door opener. I elected to repair the door at this time and Drew did an excellent job. I would add that Drew was courteous, efficient and fully explained the repair to me. I would not hesitate to use Precision in the future.
