I chose Precision because I see and hear their name, everywhere. They seem to be the go-to company for garage doors. My husband and I are in need of a new garage door, so I reached out to Precision for a quote. Scheduled the appointment online, received texts and emails as appointment reminders/confirmations, and our technician, Matthew provided us with an ETA the day of the appointment so we knew just when to expect him. Matthew was awesome! He was patient with our many questions, and was very thorough in explaining the process required for the installation of a new door and the many options to choose from. Very expensive and found out they dont get paid by the hour they get paid on what they sell. Such a shame I had a lot of work for them. Call other door company amd it was 200 cheaper than what the tech said bad way to do business.

The gentleman that came out to assist us with fixing/replacing garage door was very friendly and helpful. Even thorough it was a nasty weather day he never seemed upset to be here. He gave us not only advise on what all was needed, but type of door needed. The price was quite a bit lower than I expected (nice surprise), and said it wouldn't take long to install, can't wait for him to get it in.
