A lightning strike fried my garage door opener on the Sunday of Labor Day weekend. Just for the heck of it, I called their number and was shocked when a lady answered. When I told her that, she told me they are a 24/7 company. When I told her what my issue was, she told me she could get someone to my house that day. Within 45 minutes, Jeff was at my house. He diagnosed the problem to ensure it wasn't something simple, which unfortunately it wasn't. Jeff had everything replaced and operable in about two hours. AWESOME service.
What a story, Dan! We're really grateful you shared your experience and that you reached out, even on a holiday weekend. It's great to hear our team could respond so quickly and get everything working smoothly for you. Thank you for choosing Precision Garage Door Service of Jacksonville and for the wonderful feedback.

Noah the technician called that he was on his way, we discussed everything that needed to be done and explained that he would check to make sure there was nothing else that would need to be replaced which he explained it all, and there were a couple of other issues that needed to be addressed. So all the work that was done was approved and it was completed. Everything now operates as it should it's quieter and I completely satisfied. Price was reasonable considering everything that needed to be replaced and fixed. Thank you Noah and precision garage door.

Chad was great did efficient good work and fixed it on a Saturday night over Labor Day weekend. Like with anything of this matter unless you're an expert I would go ahead and make sure you've done a little due diligence, gotten another quote first, otherwise you're kind of flying blind and you will be overcharged. But that probably applies to anything you buy these days.
Eric, we’re glad the repair could be done efficiently and on a tough weekend schedule. Thank you for highlighting both the quality of work and sharing your thoughts on getting quotes, which is always wise when making service decisions. We appreciate you choosing Precision Garage Door Service of Jacksonville and taking the time to leave such detailed feedback.

Chad gave me a call at 8am giving me a heads up that he’d be at my home around 8:30am. He showed up promptly, introduced himself and we spoke together about the issues I was having. Chad was very polite, his attitude and appearance were very professional. Once we discussed the issue at hand, we went over option and Chad did not pressure me into anything extra, just gave advice on what should be done. He performed the work in a timely manor and cleaned up thoroughly afterwards.

Excellent experience with my precision technicians . They did a fantastic job with the installation and made sure everything was set up properly before leaving. They were extremely knowledgeable about the equipment and took the time to explain how everything worked, answer all of my questions, and make sure I felt comfortable using the system. Kalen and Zach were professional, courteous, efficient, and clearly took pride in their work.
