Friday evening the garage door spring broke in half. Saw several ads for precision. Checked their reviews, which were 5 stars. Went on line and scheduled afternoon appt for the next day (Saturday). They showed up on time. Evaluated what needed to be done to fix garage door for optimum service. Price was reasonable. Technician explained everything needed in detail and why needed. Very polite and courteous. Would recommend to friends and family.

I was very impressed with Precision Door Repair. I easily booked an appointment online and Ron was very courteous and provided excellent service. My garage door is 21 years old. Ron explained that he could replace the motor, springs, rollers and remotes without having to replace the door. He explained each problem area and gave me choices. He completed the work on the same day and programmed my cars. Highly recommended.

Nathan V. was punctual, professional, & patient in answering my questions while delivering an honest assessment of the issues presented. His solutions were explained & based upon a number of factors, a new keypad was installed (the current keypad was only 1.5 yes old!). As always a wonderful result after a call for service. Ron was early:) precise and efficient. He also made sure we had a Veteran’s discount. Found a few issues that would have required a lot of work soon. We decided to do a service and repair to avoid an issue later. Precision Door sells a very reliable product that has performed without fail since I bought my home 11 yrs ago. I am seventy six years old to start off with. I explained to Riley Holloway-Heim`that I was having difficultly raising the garage. He took a few minutes to check rollers, roller brackets for wear and tear on the bearings and roller track for areas that needed attention. Riley lubricated bearings and brackets for smooth operation. He then adjusted the spring for proper tension and made adjustment to both springs. Garage door opens and closes very easily. Riley and I talked a bit after the work was done. I enjoyed passing some of my life experiences on to him. It was a fun experience. Riley is a great asset to Precision Door Service.

I selected Precision Door Service because they were the first people to agree to come, and they were there ASAP. I waited less than an hour and a garage that I could not put the door down on was diagnosed and fixed. I was told what was absolutely needed and given a list, with prices, of things that would need repair later. It wasn't cheap, but I didn't expect cheap, what I wanted was help immediately and an honest assessment of what was needed for a safe repair. They did an excellent job on both!

I patiently understood was very much impressed with your customer service person who very patiently listened to my call for repair of my garage door. She sent Mr. Robert Wiggins, the technician, to repair the door. Mr. Wiggins checked the door and recommended what needed to be done. He was extremely polite, knowledgeable and courteous. The door springs had snapped and needed new ones. He installed new springs and a new ball bearing. The door works. He was very efficient and thorough in fixing the garage door. This is the first time I used Precision and am impressed.
