July 2025: Ron came to my house for a tune up for both garage doors. One garage door opener was 25 yrs old and had some electrical problems. He said it would only get worse and suggested replacing it. I agreed and he installed a new Genie motor, rail, two sensors (by the floor) and new wall button. Ron was very knowledgeable, thorough, friendly, went the extra mile. I'm very pleased with his work. I recommend Precision.

An excellent service on my garage door by Noah. He came on the short notice while other companies required 48 h for an appointment and fixed torque master mechanism that suddenly broke beyond repair. Noah was very professional and respected my property. He was very patient with me explaining all, that needs to be repaired. I am really happy he was available today and fixed all in timely manner.

My technicians showed up early for the appointment. They performed a thorough inspection of my garage doors. They provided a detailed estimate of the work they recommended. They performed the work professionally and quickly. Upon completion, I noticed a weather strip head been damaged. They replaced both sides of the trim and painted them with my paint. I used this company previously and was very satisfied with their work. Today one of the springs broke and I again called for service. They replaced the springs and bearing plates and flanged bearing on the door and I wasn’t able to pay for other items at this time but they proceeded to do the listed work above and fixed the door which is quieter than it had been in the past. They were polite and did a wonderful job.
