Our 18 year old garage door opener died on us, and we called Precision after 5:00 p.m. on Monday. They arranged for a technician to come out between 8:00 a.m. and 10:00 on Tuesday! And at 8:00 Kaleb came out to assess the situation. It was clearly time to replace the unit and he did a fantastic job. Very professional, thorough, efficient, and he explained step-by-step the operation of the new unit. They have my highest recommendation for garage door service and I asked him to kindly leave their contact information so if I ever need service again, for sure I'll go with Precision!

I've used these guys twice now, once to align the sensors and now to get the garage door open. The 24-year-old motor burned out and the emergency release cord wouldn't release. The tech, Kaleb, was on time, professional and knowledgeable. Thankfully, he got the door open without having to rip it off the building (my plan). He cut a small hole in the door where he could reach in and un-bind the release arm. It was seriously jammed. The hole is minimal and patchable. And I still have a door that goes up and down while I budget for a new one.

Even though I called about 4:30 pm., Precision was quick to offer an appointment for the next day so we could use our garage ASAP. One of the springs had broken and Kaleb came to do the job. He explained everything thoroughly and replaced both springs. We were up and running in about 2 hours. We had used Precision about 5 years ago and they replaced our motor. In both instances their work was very good, and I would not hesitate to use them again.

Kaleb did a great job in diagnosing our problem with the garage door opener and fixing it. We "lost" the garage door opening when we were leaving for errands on a Saturday and rebooting it didn't work. When I called for service, Precision had a time a couple of hours later and the door was fixed before dark. I happily recommend Kaleb King as a technician.

the entire encounter could NOT have been more perfect. as soon as i called Precision about a broken coil, i was given an appointment just a couple hours leter. the tech--Kaleb--called to tell me when he was on his way. he gave me an estimate, went to work, and fixed it--no fuss or muss, for me at least! he was incredibly courteous, listened well, and gave me 100% confidence that i called the right company and he was the right technician. you can bet all my neighbors will be hearing about my fantastic encounter!!
