Franklin communicated his ETA, arrived on time, explained the job in detail, and efficiently and effectively completed the installation. He also took the time to show me all the hardware components that improved the stability, functioning, and wind resistance of the garage door. Highly recommend!

Told me what was wrong what he could and could not do I was very impressed. I highly recommend them to anyone. He had everything on his truck to fix it and I got my garage completed. Sometimes, after some bad experiences with other companies, I was a bit skeptical. But he was totally right. With the new system, the garage door stopped opening and closing by itself randomly.

Rey did an outstanding job replacing the springs and changed out other needed parts for me. He also replaced a rubber seal at the bottom of the garage door that had an opening. He informed me that I have a 5 year warranty for everything that he did. It was expensive but was needed. Thanks

Woke up to the garage door humming on Sunday. I called a couple of places and Precision was able to give me an appointment same day. The technician Rey was extremely knowledgeable. I though it was the capacitor, but after review it unfortunately turned out a whole new opener was needed. Rey installed along with censors and remote. Rey also accessed future improvements that I might need. Happy with the service, I just wasn't prepared to pay quite that much. I usually get quotes. After wards checking with some other people this amount seems high. Oh well. What is done is done. Coming back to add, my universal key pad is not working. Called to get a tech out. I tried to reset, and even used Chatcpt. The Genie model 2128 that was installed is an older model. I am waiting to see what the tech says tonight.

Cameron with Precision arrived earlier today matching my appointment. He was incredibly knowledgeable about all things garage doors. He replaced my non functional keypad and made sure it worked for me before leaving. He also discussed my potential future needs since my garage door unit is almost 20 yrs old. He was very knowledgeable, showed me a potential future cost and discussed benefits. Not pushy at all and honestly, a very respectful young man. A great employee for Precision!

When my garage door failed to open recently at about 3 p.m., I called Precision Garage Door Service. I thought they would make an appointment for the next day. I was wrong. They had a service technician (Tim Van Vuren) respond to my home in about 1 hour. I reveived an email alerting me when he was on the way. By 4 p.m. Tim was working on repairing my garage door - replacing the motor, springs and rollers. I was very impressed on the whole experience from the first phone call to Tim's professionalism and experience doing the repairs and helping me reset the openers, synching my car to the remote and explaining the warranty on the parts and labor.

2nd time Precision has helped me. First to replace a broken spring and today replace a 20 year old opener. Great company. Called this am and tech Camren arrived a hour later. Worked up 3 options took measurements and finished the job professionally in about 90 minutes. Setup the app and car openers, explained the operation for all openers and warranties. Experienced and professional. Would call Precision again if need. Very satisfied

your technician was awesome. Showed up on time and was very professional. What was surprising is your fee schedule. $1895 to replace the garage door opener when you can buy a similar product in the $400 range. Tightening the spring which took no longer than 10 minutes at a cost of $180. I realize you need to make a profit but these charges I believe are well beyond a reasonable profit margin.
