Precision swapped out metal garage door rollers for nylon. The result is better than I hoped. With metal rollers the door was noisy and the lift was choppy. Now it is quiet and smooth. Want to give a big shout out to Nick B. Nick was just wonderful to work with - knew his stuff, took his time, and did great quality work. Thank you Precision!

I am So pleased with my new garage door and the service provided by installers Chance & Franklin. Chance called when they were on their way and arrived when expected. Tech-Cameron was able to arrive early on Saturday and called ahead which I appreciated! He greeted me with a hand-shake and introduced himself. He was very thorough in his explanations of what he could do and what additional items may need repair. He completed the task with an hour and half. Came out the same day that we called. the service rep was very professional. Asked questions about what was going on with the garage door, how long we had it. What problems/ repairs we had before . Went in the garage and inspected the door. He was very thorough. After the inspection. He explained to us what had to be done and why it had to be done. He explained the total cost of the repairs. He said that he had all the equipment, parts to do the repairs with him. We approved . He started working right away. Excellent job.
