My garage doors were over 21 years old and we had been having some issues with one of them. Hayden came out and assess the problem but with the units being over 20 years old replacing parts was not something I wanted to do, so Hayden gave me some options of going with a new unit and short time frame it would take him to install it. After replacing the old units we are happier with how much quieter and faster the new units are.

This is the 2nd time I’ve used Precision and both experiences have been excellent. What started as a garage door that wouldn’t close became a servicing. As to be expected the problem was gone by the time the service call started. Same day service was easily scheduled to fit my time needs. Suggestions were made and the likely future of the motor was discussed. No hard sell. Options are tailored. Great job by the company. Already have preventative maintenance calendared with them.

I called for an appointment and was told a technician could be out within the hour. Tim was the technician that was professional, knowledgeable and friendly. He assessed my current setup installed by Overhead Garage Doors and determined inadequate springs installed. He provided an estimate and to my surprise had everything needed on his vehicle. He worked alone and quickly removed faulty parts and installed new ones. He adjusted and lubricated all the hinges that removed all the previous noise coming from a 3 year old door. He explained everything that was done and my door is operating better than what the original company left us with. Highly recommend Tim and Precision Garage Doors. Thank you

It was a great experience, the two guys were personable and professional, very knowledgeable and efficient. They told me what was wrong and gave me a couple of options. After talking about I chose to replace the whole unit. they went over cost and also gave us a military discount as me and my wife are both veterans. I called Precision Garage Door Service because my door was not wanting to close after having been opened. It kept acting like something was obstructing closure. I had tried to troubleshoot the electronic beam but that wasn't the problem. I hoped it could be repaired.I called mid-morning and by very early afternoon technician Drew arrived at my house to begin his "investigation." He called ahead of time and arrived in a timely manner. He determined that the electronic panel was likely going bad. He was not trying to just make a sale. The door actually started to work again but there was no guarantee how long it would last. I was also unable to get it to stop mid-movement the way it was designed to operate so I decided to replace the opener with a new belt driven opener which is now operates significantly more smoothly and quietly. Drew did not pressure me or try to convince me to replace the garage door opener. He gave me feedback on his observations to help me make my own decision. He pointed out that the way the old chain was pulling might also be part of the problem. He also inspected the entire system and tightened some screws. He explained everything to me and answered all of my questions. Drew was polite, professional,considerate, and helpful. I have a junky garage and he was able to work around it while being careful and respectful of my property. I had used Precision for a successful repair back in 2019. Based on my favorable experience I highly recomment Precision.

Prompt response. Tech was knowledgeable, efficient, and upfront about options and pricing. The five stars are for the tech, who really is the primary point of contact between the customer and the company. Garage door works better now than it did when it was new.
